  1. YES! Back when American Gladiators was good.
  2. I read about this debt thing a couple of weeks ago. It's gonna be crazy. I can't help but thinking with all those smart people in Washington you'd think they could figure out some way to not have this debt crisis come up every few months or so. But then I think again. It works great for them as is. They're not even serious people at this point.
  3. Thanks. I'd love to read it but after clicking on that link I found myself in pop up hell. So I shut it down. Now that I at least know what it's about I can research on my own. Thanks again.
  4. Where did you get this figure?
  5. Coughlin won with Hostettler Eubanks won with Joe Namath Gibbs won with Rypien Ditka won with a McMahon Billick won with Dilfer Pedersen won with Nick Foles You gotta coach the whole team, not just the QB. If you don't know that, you do not watch much football.
  6. Bill Billick was able to win one with Trent frickin' Dilfer. Having one of the worst QBs ever didn't slow him down. I have a right to my opinion no matter how dumb you think it is or is not. Just because you wish it does not make it so. You must be a Troll.
  7. Certainly good to see there aren't other pressing issues to take up their time and can concentrate on this. If the resolution passes, how many more immigrants in detention will have a bed to sleep in tonight or tooth paste or a shower? How many homeless people will be taken off the street? How many opiod addicts will get treatment? Will the budget now balance? How many new people will get health insurance at a reasonable cost? Will it do anything to ease income inequality?
  8. Whatever happened to every person deserves a vigorous defense? I would think a former officer of the court would understand this.
  9. This is one thing that irritates me about Ds and Rs strategy at the moment. We've known since the last time we had a D prez that Russia was interfering or whatever with our election by running a disinformation campaign on FaceBook/Twitter/Instagram/Pintirest etc. What exactly has congress done in the last 1 1/2 years to make sure this doesn't happen again next year? Couple that with so many people getting all their news from social media, and It's gonna be pretty much the same this time.
  10. "Many smart people have said" sounds like it was ripped right out of a Trump tweet. Sad.
  11. Perhaps. Too bad he retired. Now we'll never know. Their records don't seem to bear it out however. both 1-1 in SBs. Tomlin .644 win % to .623 for Cowher.
  12. Most responsible for Patsies** run: Ernie Adams and cheating.
  13. I disagree. Rex had a plan he just couldn't execute it. When he arrived he said we don't have a Peyton Manning or Drew Brees type QB so instead of waiting around for one, lets get a decent QB that can protect the football and establish a strong run game and build a bully on defense and make a run at this thing. He got it half right. His offense was top 1/3 of the league in scoring both years. His run game was #1. he certainly had the talent to build a strong a defense but for some reason, could not. If he had, we probably make playoffs in 2015 and Rex would still be here with several playoff appearances in his pocket. He had a plan. Couldn't execute all of it.
  14. Really dude. Go back and look how he won the one he did. He made a few good decisions but He also had the 12th man on his side wearing a striped shirt. Didn't hurt that that Seahawks TE dropped 4 passes too, one in the EZ. He only went to one other AND LOST. So I'm not really seeing where all those other SB victories would come in.
  15. Cowher was lucky to win the one he did.
  16. Troller-in-Chief up to his old tricks.
  17. Tell your friend I don't know and I don't care. It's good now so that's all I care about. I started going back there in late Obama/early Trump administration so I wouldn't give him all the credit. The Mission act of 2018 has made more improvements. It was passed by congress 347-70. So I don't think we can give all credit to Trump and Rs. bottom line is its providing quality care to veterans based on my experience. Can't i just be happy about that without getting all political about it?
  18. I look.at it this way. When the Bills were on the 4 year SB run, HOF QB Jim Kelly had 2 HOF WR s to throw to. James Lofton and Andre Reed. And then of course throw in HOF Thurman. Scheme and coaching is cool, but you win with studs in the NFL. So yeah, it's important.
  19. it's what full fledged flaming narcissists do. Read up on narcissism a little bit. It will start to make sense.
  20. If you ask this veteran he'll tell you the exact opposite. I get a lot of my care at the VA. I get right in and the care is as good as I can get with my private insurance (which I HATE). I did start going to VA in 1977 and it was BAD at that time. When I got a real job I used private insurance and a few years ago I went back to VA due to the ever increasing cost of insurance and high deductibles and co pays. Color me very impressed. They've come a long way.
  21. I put the over/under for how many PS games before a Baker should start, or the UB kid to start at 2. Probably will be started by the person with the karate kid avatar.
  22. Human Rights groups refer to him as "The Deporter In Chief".
  23. Nice. Where were you 8 years ago? Better late than Never I guess.
