  1. That's the only argument you've made. That's all your opinion is backed by. We need to do to do something. Why? Because I think that's the right thing to do. Great argument.
  2. If tax dollars were actually bringing us the utopia you seek, no one would have a problem paying them. If we all had the best Roads Sanitation Defense Education College Health care/insurance Housing Police/fire Retirements Employment Etc... From taxes, and there wasn't tons of waste on inefficiencies, you wouldn't have a hard convincing people to pay more for additional utopia services. But we don't, and we're not even close to achieving it. In fact all the income in this country can't provide the utopia you seek. So at the point that a tax rate of 100% won't get us there, where is the logic in asking for more? It's not logic. It's emotion. You feel like if we all chipped in a little more on the problems you feel are important, we'd all be better off. But there's no data or research or test cases or anything that give an ounce of credibility to your emotional argument. You just want to feel better. Yet, far be it from you to lead by example and start donating to the federal government. You just want to sit in the back and shame the rest of the country for not feeling the way you feel.
  3. If tax dollars are spent inefficiently, why should we increase taxes?
  4. Go ahead and start donating more of your income in your taxes in you feel so strongly. Stop suggesting others put their money where your mouth is.
  5. You haven't made a point on selective gun control. You offered an opinion based on your feelings. No one cares about either of those things.
  6. So far your stances are so well thought out. Guns are bad because I don't see the need. Private schools are bad because they're Unamerican. Well reasoned positions with lots of facts to back them up. You're about two keystrokes away from earning idiot status. And Comrad Rockpile seems to have a great vision for the US. If only there was an example or two of his beliefs where we could that strategy played out long term...
  7. I think he gave it to you. In his life, he only sees the need for rifles. Ipso facto, abbra caddabra, alarm kazaam, people only need rifles. It's ironclad proof that law abiding citizens don't need handguns or semi automatic guns.
  8. This draft could kill Bill in NYC. We could easily take 2-3 DBs in this draft, with one of them being at #10.
  9. We could get another FB with that kind of money!
  10. There's also the !@#$s that think if events play out the way they've guessed, that validates all their opinions as facts. Instead of the possibility that there could be multiple paths to the same decision. For example those who will say that this is a clear indication that Whaley doesn't have the power to cut TT because the coach is in charge and this indicates that Whaley is on his way out the door.
  11. Too bad they don't know how to win bowl games.
  12. Crayola crayons. Only one black crayon in the box that you don't even need because you can make black out of numerous combinations of other crayons. And a white crayon that always looks new and never has to do any work.
  13. So much for a privacy fence.
  14. Since we can't figure out how to do extra points, I propose the following: 1) No more kicks for extra points. 2) 2 point conversions still viable 3) Bring back team celebrations 4) If team celebration is good enough, performing team receives their "extra point." 30 second time limit on team celebration.
  15. The narrative is written. Editor approved. Published. We're way past caring about the truth.
  16. That would suggest that some of them are good. Probably just: Cowboys fan + time
  17. Good to see the Bills are interested in a pro bowl QB.
  18. Well it certainly wasn't the French.
  19. So this consensus is the same as the climate change consensus?
