Bills already making calls to TRADE DOWN

If they draft Jones, Buddy should be fired on the spot. -
Pistol Pete Maravich (As cool as they came)

Weird watching people dribble and not "palm" the ball. The good ol' days of the NBA, when they had rules and stuff. -
From reports I heard and read that's what happened to a lot of people. And usually it was conducted by a couple of officers, not the swat team. One thing this Youtube video does a good job of depicting (sarcasm) is whether or not there was any call to the police that the suspect was seen on or around the premises of this house. Or where was the camera 5 minutes before this started that showed the people inside acting suspicious when the cops politely approached them? Who knows what the situation really was. Hell, for all anyone knows, this was a warrant violation from 3 months ago that was just uploaded to Youtube. But hey, it's much easier to imagine that the police just yanked these people out of their house, all the while the neighbor across the street was allowed to stay in his house and video it. Where was his camera when the swat team moved on to illegally evict him and seize his house? Or are the police just performing random 4th Amendment violations?

Yelling at people is a direct violation of the 4th Amendment. You'll have to forgive Tom as he repeatedly violates your 4th amendment.

Did anyone $&^@ this team more last year than Dave Wannstedt?
Joe Miner replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In going all the way back to the title of the thread, there's really only 2 other people that could have !@#$ed this team as badly as Wanny. 1) Chan 2) Nix Although there may have been a lack of talent on the D, not 1 individual player could have had the impact that Wanny had on the team. It's just not possible. Could a lack of talent overall have a larger impact than a DC? Yes, but the title of the thread said anyone, making the alternative to Wanny an individual, not a group. The only other people that could have had a similar or greater impact on the team were Chan and Nix. Perhaps Brandon, and perhaps even Ralph, but the extent of their actions isn't really known at the fan level as much as the GM, Head coach/OC, and the DC. So I would look at the question and interpret it as which of the 3 !@#$ed the team worse last year: 1) Wanny 2) Chan 3) Nix At this point I'd go with Chan. I think there was better talent than 6 wins. I think poor choices at DC, poor player evaluations, along with poor gameplanning and questionable playcalling screwed this team over royally. From player reactions this preseason, it doesn't seem like the team had an overall winning attitude which the HC is responsible for as well. That's not to say that Nix is off the hook. He better deliver that baby soon, and it better not be ugly. That's also not saying that Wanny didn't !@#$ us. He whored himself out for some free Tempo, and then didn't put out come gametime. And what he did put out was old, wrinkly, and way past it's prime. -
Interesting Georgetown admissions policy...

Watch more Dora. -
They should try to get the case thrown out on a technicality. Then they can just release him back out on the streets on Boston. I'm sure he'd do just fine out there.

Everyone talks about a QB having "IT", and how important it is for a QB to have "IT". No one mentions Landry Jones in that conversation. And for good reason.

WTF is the last line about? Don't draft Landry Jones because he sucks. The End.

New gun control thread!
Joe Miner replied to Jim in Anchorage's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Damn there's a lot of stupidity in this thread. How do you know our current laws are insufficient or broken when we aren't enforcing them at all? Why do we need more background checks when we don't give a rat's ass about any !@#$ that lies on their background check? Why do we need more background checks when we don't fund the background check system we currently have? Why the hell are you people arguing about a !@#$ing poll? Should that be the basis for any legislation in this country? We have to pass this law, the poll told us to. !@#$ing retards. -
Anybody heard any schedule leaks yet?
Joe Miner replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just caught a couple of "leaks". I can't post more without revealing my sources: 1) 16 games in 17 weeks 2) 8 Home 8 Away (for Bills it's 7 home, 9 away) 3) 6 Games against AFC East opponents 4) 4 games against another AFC conference 5) 4 games against an NFC conference 6) 1 bye week That's all I got for now. -
When did the Masters start allowing slants on the course?

New gun control thread!

Why are you so convinced this is about the NRA? Because the president cried about it? It was a ****ty bill that accomplished nothing. Why should the bill have passed? -
New gun control thread!
Joe Miner replied to Jim in Anchorage's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
http://www.policymic.com/articles/27309/6-biggest-problems-with-mandatory-gun-background-checks If we are currently funding our background check system at 5.3%, how do we think that adding tons of additional responsibility to that same system is going to work any better? If background checks are part of the answer, why don't we try funding and enforcing the current system? We have no idea if the current system works, because we're only using 5.3% of it. -

I thought the most interesting part was Marrone playing center. That's a very hands on head coach. The Bills are a pretty young team, I'd like to hope that a more hands on head coach will be able to communicate and teach them some things. -
Both of which are different than "substantial progress".

Some of that stuff they are trying to point out in the pictures is just ridiculous. Internet forensic experts. Who the hell needs the FBI?

With skills like that, he'll probably turn the Bills' offer down.
