  1. I must have totally missed the point as to why he would be at the draft today. It's not like he walked out after pick 5. Why would/should he be there today? It's Friday, he ain't got no job, and he ain't got **** to do.
  2. He was only hanging out with his family and (imaginary) friends.last night. No cameras allowed.
  3. Out of the top 4 QB's (Manuel, Smith, Barkley, Nassib) how much difference was there between them? Going into the draft, I just don't see a 3 round supposed discrepancy between Smith and Manuel. I just don't think you could say that any of the other 3 QB's were first round picks and in the same breath say that EJ was a third.
  4. 2 & 3. 6:30 ET I think.
  5. Does anyone mind adding up the other trades in the first? Raiders Falcons Vikings Rams 49ers Anyone else I'm forgetting.
  6. Everyone said the Bills biggest need was QB. So the Bills pick up an extra second round pick and still get their choice of QB's, and people think they panicked. When all the other teams pick up a guy that fills a need, they are praised. When the Bills pick up a guy that fills their biggest need and picks up an extra 2nd rd pick, they panicked? If they had picked Geno Smith, all the pundits would be saying what a great draft. But now they supposedly reached for Manuel, all the while no one took Smith in the first. They got their first choice at QB, we'll have to see if he works out. But because Todd McShay thinks the Bills screwed the pooch, we now assume that we panicked.
  7. Well, I think they said last night that the NFL had 24 people there, which is just ridiculous in the first place. After the past few years of watching some of these kids get humiliated on live TV, you'd think they NFL would learn to only invite 5-10 sure bets. Hell, they could have just invited the Alabama team to the green room. Maybe that's it, just invite the National Champs to the green room so they can celebrate and support their teammates as they get drafted.
  8. I think the Jags, Eagles, and Jets all possibly take a QB before the Bills at 41. If it looks like there might be a QB run, I wouldn't be shocked if the Browns tried to trade up and get in on it. I think the Bills will have pretty much their pick of 2nd round WR/TE/CB/LB's. Just like they got their guy at QB, I think they have a good shot of getting all their 2nd round targets.
  9. I wouldn't worry too much about it. For all the trading down they do, they have made some real head scratchers with those later round picks.
  10. I think they go with either a WR/TE and a DB, likely a CB if they feel like they are gonna sign Dansby. I think it will depend on what they feel there will be a run on. If it looks like WR/TE are gonna go quick, they'll grab Ertz/Hunter at 41 and a CB at 46, if it looks like CB's are gonna start going, they'll get someone like Banks at 41 and someone like Woods at 46. If they really don't want Dansby, they may pick up a LB like Minter or Brown. I wonder if the bigger question is what type of WR they want. Do they truly see TJ Graham starting on the outside opposite Johnson instead of in the slot? If so, they may pick up a Swope type of guy.
  11. What if the NFL had no plans for any of the guys they invited to be there on Friday? What's he supposed to do, crash the draft? This is trying to make a lot out of nothing IMO. Guy was told for the past few months he was a top 10 pick and would be the first QB off the board. This is worse than the Aaron Rodgers drop. Was he upset? Sure...Does that make him a bad leader or unable to handle adversity? Let's wait and see what he actually does when he puts a uniform on. This is as ridiculous as trying to pick a winner and loser from round 1.
  12. Could it be that the support comes from economic reasons?
  13. Who else is expected to take a qb before 16? Looks like maybe only the Jets?
  14. Why would they swap thirds for a seventh? That seems kinda stupid
  15. In game of life, Mingo only pawn.
  16. If you believe EJ Manuel, this could get interesting.
  17. What the hell is Michael Irvin wearing?
  18. The article is a bit misleading. It says 'live on $1.50 a day for 5 days'. The actual challenge is to spend just $1.50 on food a day for 5 days. That's a lot different. But I also wonder what is included in $1.50? Are your water or energy costs included in the $1.50 or is it just the price of food?
  19. Unfortunately the idea that once the Bill is presented both sides can have an intelligent discussion to improve it is...laughable.
  20. That's a lot like a burrito I ate once...
  21. Wow, lot of made up crap in that post. Hope you feel better getting that out. Quick tip: Save the bull **** for your next failed screenplay.
