    Honestly if you end up with starter it was a successful draft pick in my opinion. People can have different measures for success. However, playing DT is not a flashy position so in my eyes Oliver has succeeded and is in line for an extension when time comes.

    I wouldn't be looking at name guys at RB. Beane either needs to draft one middle to late rounds or find some gem in FA that hasn't had an opportunity yet. Spend resources on the O-line. We are a pass first offense with a QB who takes longer than average to throw the ball. Put guys around him that will allow him to maximize that and minimize the need for him to run the ball as much.

    Jackson is going to get paid by Baltimore. It is more a question of when not if. Mayfield unless they can trade for a QB will probably play out the final year of his contract and then make decision on whether to resign him.

    Yeah if costs were no object I would be in favor of an retractable roof. Put Allen in ideal conditions for remainder of his career. Weather is no longer an advantage with the players of today. If Atlanta wasn’t terrible could have turned ugly quick.

    He even got stood up by the Pats FB when blitzing. With his speed he needs to do a better job of not getting stood up and getting off blocks. He should be using his speed to get a lot more holding calls versus just taking up space. I never see him try to make some moves to get the opposing player off balance.

    Won’t happen because Stevenson is on cheap rookie contract. Both lines need upgrading and if you can do it by going cheaper with McKenzie while not losing much FO has to consider it in the offseason.

    Allen has shown that he plays better in ideal settings. Wentz not being that good doesn’t really prove anything. If we are trying to maximize investment in Allen I would definitely look into an retractable roof. Players today are coddled and soft as it is. Playing in the elements is definitely not an advantage for this team that is more finesse than physical.

    I think it falls on the QB despite it not being fair but Allen can grow from this. Has not had as good of a year as last year and offense hasn’t been in sync. In 1 score games this year we have been terrible and those are the games he needs to take over and carry team despite shortcomings around him. Those are the type of games that makes a good player great.

    This team feels like they have been off the entire season despite the blowouts. If the Defense doesn’t get turnovers, the offense hasn’t played well the entire year in my eyes.

    With how long Allen holds onto the ball. Putting together strong o-line up front is going to be key to long term success. I don't think he will ever become a dink and dunk passer.

    I can see the O-line coach getting the axe once we hit the offseason. McDermott has not been shy with making changes with those in charge of under performing units.
