If it is small trade up to get the guy you want fine. However, no to moving up into the Top 5 for a WR. I am only giving up huge draft haul when looking for a QB. Other than that no to any other position. I would rather trade picks for a veteran WR at that point who actually has performed at the NFL level.

Outside of the top 4 receivers I would be looking at a small trade back into the early 2nd round at this point. If Powers is available wouldn't mind that pick.

With all the defensive injuries I would have signed up before the game if you told me we would only give up 27 pts. I felt from the start the Bills on offense would need to carry the team and put up at least 30 if we were going to beat the Chiefs.

Outside of the division game in 2022 would not call any of the playoff exits great. He was good in the most recent playoff loss against the Chiefs. However, there were instances where we were on the brink of getting blown out. If not for Poyer saving that TD we were probably on the way to being beaten soundly. The almost near fumble while driving to tie the game before the miss FG was another play. For me the next step in his growth is being consistent making the plays in front of him and minimizing the mistakes. We can blame the coaching, defense, o-line, weapons around him. However, I am including Josh in there too. We didn’t put up any points in the 4th quarter and clearly wasn’t good enough to get the win. That falls on the entire team including the QB.

Not many players will ever reach that level dedication to football that guys like Brady or Peyton has shown. You just hope that Josh knows what he needs to work on as a player in order for this team to win a Super Bowl. He will have to take his game to another level if he is going to get past Mahomes.

Only way I am paying a king's ransom to trade up if it is for a QB and only a QB. I am not trading a bunch of assets for any other position.

I was good with pairing 1 Veteran with a rookie this upcoming season. With Rapp and Edwards they don't have to force issue immediately in terms of playing time. I do think team will pick safety in the first couple rounds.

Not always Lynch was ran out of town. He had his own issues but talent wasn’t one of them. If team deems player too big of a headache for what they bring to team they will look to move on. Teams that make any decisions based on what the fans think shouldn’t be in charge in the first place. Essentially if Diggs is no longer worth keeping they could look to get rid of him post June 1st. Don’t see it happening and they most likely look to part ways next year if salary no longer meets production.

I would wait till after the draft to sign any FA RB. Draft one and sign some undrafted ones. If none pan out the way we want can sign another one post cutdown day. Grab a vet Safety and DT before worrying about the RB position.

At best I could see a small trade up into the early-mid 20s if there is a guy Beane loves. However, I would like to trade back into the early 2nd if possible if the top 4-5 WRs are gone by then.

I will take elite offensive line versus spending any significant dollars at the RB position. If they don't come cheap then draft and replace. Good offensive line will make an average back look decent.

I don't know if they will come away with Simmons but have to imagine we will come away with a veteran DT and S once the dust settles.

Believe the Bills will come away with one Vet safety before all is said and done. Market is flooded which should bring down value.

Von wants to win and this proved it. Coming back from ACL injury especially at his age isn't easy. To take a pay cut when you had guaranteed money on the table I am good with him remaining on the team even if he never returns to form.

Yeah agree there were wasted chances but I am glad they are ripping off the band aid and re-tooling roster with younger players. Couldn't justify running it back with core group with team up against the salary cap. Re-tool, get younger and make another run. With Allen we will be competitive barring injury. You then roll the dice come playoff time and hope you get hot.

McDermott is not going to fire himself. He has made coaching changes including taking over play calling this season in an attempt to get team over the hump. End of the day it will come down to Pegula deciding whether he thinks McDermott can lead team to a championship or not. We just have to hope that they don't waste Allen's prime playing years figuring things out.

I against investing any significant dollars at the RB position. Better offensive line can make an average back look good so that is where money should go to if anything. Denver had system where they could churn out 1000 yd runners yearly that should be the goal.

Brady is a freak of a nature. I don't think most people have the dedication to the game like he had.

If team and Josh can't win Super Bowl in the next 5 years. I wonder if it will ever happen and worry about his longevity playing the style he does. I have hard time envisioning him being effective in his mid 30s. With Mahomes there is similar concern as he uses his athleticism to generate some amazing plays but not as high as Josh as he is willing to take the easy plays and allow his receivers to do their part.

On crucial 4th and 1 call. They called a designed run for Mahomes which they haven't done for many years and caught the 49ers totally off guard. Lot of times I have heard teams mention they knew what play was coming when playing the Bills and they saw it on film. Like in that Philly game where DB came screaming at Diggs to pick off ball before it even got to him.
