  1. Buffalo's offense figured out that KC D in the second half. Plus, we are significantly healthier. Buffalo will score. A lot. They can run that 2 high safety all they want and bring that pressure package all they want. It just isn't going to work. I expect the Bills will also take advantage of those wide open short passes in the flat. They were leaving some huge cushion there.
  2. I'm more concerned about our receivers on the injury report than anything. We need them to step up in this game.
  3. Yea, they are not stopping the Bills offense. He does have some good points on attacking the Bills defense. The Colts had a good game plan that almost worked. Run the ball, control the clock. I see the Ravens trying that same approach. I remember the game against them last year. They were pretty good at mixing up runs inside and outside. A lot of misdirection. I expect a tough game. I'd love to see the Bills jump out to an early lead, though.
  4. This guy thinks he knows how to beat the Bills. https://russellstreetreport.com/2021/01/14/ravens-battle-plans/how-to-beat-the-bills-advance/
  5. I remember watching that kick and seeing how strait it was, then watching it start to drop. Remember thinking to myself...NO WAY IT'S SHORT...lol.
  6. I look at that time of possession and how well the Colts were able to run the ball. They had a great game plan against Buffalo. Control the clock, run the ball, quick passes. That is one hell of a nice OL that team has. But I am a bit more focused on the passing game. There was one hell of a lot of dropped passes, on both teams. It is an adjustment getting used to that colder air. The ball is stiffer and the dryness of the air makes the ball slippery. You could see the look on John Brown's face when the ball squirted right through both of his hands. Hopefully, our receivers are getting used to it now. I remember the Jim Kelly years and how those all hands catches are more difficult in the cold. Your hands are numb from the cold and you don't have as much feeling. The key is keeping your eyes on the ball even while catching it because the feeling in your hands isn't there. We know Josh will fire some absolute lasers from time to time. They need to practice outdoors. In the cold. Get used to it. Embrace it. I don't think we are there yet.
  7. Let's goooooo! Double digit win times two!
  8. For a playoff game I'd go with Bruuuuuce!
  9. Been thinking the same thing. This defense has the ability to disrupt those quick passes. The DLine has been quietly improving all year and don't sleep on our middle LB either. Everyone knows our secondary and safeties are good and that is where all the focus is, but not much attention has been paid to other parts of the D.
  10. Don't think I have seen this posted anywhere. Really good article: Anatomy of a wild-card win: In Josh Allen, the Bills must trust There are 3 passing plays from various games throughout the season he does breakdown on. Very good stuff from Allen.
  11. Here is what I found on Josh's wonderlic. Wow. Never knew this.
  12. I think Allen has gotten better at changing plays at the line and calling out protections, but it seems that the entire offense is really keyed in lately. The OL is blocking better. The WRs are running routes better. Allen deserves some credit for sure, but I really think what we are seeing is the whole team getting better. Recently, Josh has been standing back there with all kinds of time to find an open receiver, with the exception of the Pittsburgh game. They made some adjustments in protections in the second half and of course pulled away at the end of that game. The boys on that OL have really been doing a nice job lately.
  13. I think the Colts will have a plan to slow down Diggs. I see John Brown lighting it up. And I think Knox and Davis are getting theirs too. McKenzie too. There are just too many weapons. The running backs can score out of the backfield too. The Colts will do everything they can to get their running backs going both run and pass. They have a couple of WRs that can score and occasionally their TEs score. Like I said, well rounded. Scores can can come from pretty much anywhere. The Bills defense needs to shut drives down early, because once Indy gets into the redzone, they have many options. No one is a superstar on this team but neither are they pushovers. This is why nailing down how much Indy scores is hard to figure out. They aren't a one dimensional team. The Buffalo defense can be fooled against a team that can do it all like this team.
  14. I don't see Buffalo scoring less 30. I just can't really get a handle on how well Indy will be able to move the ball against our D. Their QB is a statue, but have a good OL. They can run and Rivers can still get the ball to his receivers. Pretty well rounded.C I'm going to say: Bills 33 (maybe more) Colts 24 (maybe more)
  15. I expect they attempt to bait Buffalo too, but I don't think they will be able to cover this WR group. Their plan will be to try and pressure and confuse Josh, but there are too many receivers that can get open quick. Josh has really improved his quick passing attack against some of the best defenses in the league. Seattle sacked Allen, I think, 7 times - Bills still won. Pittsburgh harassed Allen for the entire game and were successful for the 1st half of that game but again - Bills still won. Indy isn't anywhere near as good at bringing pressure as Pittsburgh. Allen is going to find his targets. It may take a couple of drives to figure out but they ain't stopping this.
  16. I was going to question your timing then realized you're in Australia.😄
  17. That was a spectacular letter. That "C" on his uniform is there for a reason.
  18. I want Tennessee to get beat by Houston, so we can knock them off first in the playoffs.
  19. This is what I am thinking. They can say they just want to get the win without injuries, but these guys are hungry. They aren't taking the foot off of the gas now.
  20. With their depleted secondary and a weak rush defense, I think Buffalo has over 500yds of offense. 38 - 13 Bills Won't even be close.
  21. Chiefs have head to head over the Bills.
  22. I'm in Syracuse region too. NFLN is the only way to watch. There is the Bill's app though. Probably some other internet method's too.
  23. Or they may go hurry up. Don't let the defense have a chance to set up disguises. Just go at them with a mixture of passing concepts and force them on their heels. This is the perfect team to do this with because they like to disguise coverages. By going hurry up, you flip the script.
