Yup He's basically just a guy. I've never been impressed by him. He's good enough to be in the NFL, but I see a decent backup and a poor starter. I hope they keep playing him

This is how I feel about EJ. I see enough good out of him that makes me think one day it could all just click and he becomes a great player but he has a way to go and lots of areas to improve. I see no reason to give up on him yet. I think he needs to play with more confidence and trust his arm and reads. He was rattled sunday, hopefully that is an aberration and not a trend. It is important to note that last year, his two worst games (Pittsburgh and Tampa) he played very well the following week (Jets and Jags). He hasn't put together multiple bad games in a row which to me is a good sign.

I wouldn't say that. Its really difficult to plan losing you top 3 corners Brooks, Mcloving and Gilmore all suffered injuries within a week. Not sure what Whaley could do there
