  1. Roscoe Parrish 2.0
  2. Yes, I called it when it happened. I replayed a couple times and it definitely looked tipped.
  3. To me, the starting QB choice lets us know if these are the New Bills or the same old Bills. If it's Cassel, it's the same old Bills.
  4. I've seen camera shots several times of Rivers on the sidelines yelling at his teammates.
  5. Beat me to it!
  6. Is it true he's the great-grandson of Red Skelton? If so, he might give comedy a try.
  7. Emporia State? Is that similar to a state of euphoria?
  8. What happened to Jeff Tuel? he didn't play in the Jags 1st preseason game so maybe they'll cut him and we can pick him up and add to the practice squad?
  9. And that play was very similar to what we saw as highlights in college. He's at his best when improvising as guys would do playing a pickup game in the park.
  10. Oye! Have you forgotten his clutch run vs the Bears last season where he stiff-armed the safety knocking him on his a $$ to set up the game winning FG?
  11. Get the feeling the starting QB may be decided by an injury? Keep them away from mats!
  12. 67- Reggie McKenzie 68- Joe DeLamielleure
  13. For me, #81 will always be the late Bob Chandler. I'll go with Ulysses Norris just for the name.
  14. Nothing beats the Bay Area for weather
  15. I agree regarding the kick offs. The start of a game can be awesome with the crowd roaring reaching a peak as the ball is kicked. When the ball is kicked out of the end zone it deflates the crowd.
  16. I agree. While I have never seen anything from Rex, Whaley or the Pegulas that "they're going all in" this year, some of the offseason moves hint that. (Trade for McCoy, signing Harvin & Incognito to 1 year contracts) They definitely want to end the playoff drought and I think the best shot is with an experienced veteran at QB.
  17. Yesterday was John Miller's B-day
  18. But Tuel is still out there as a fallback plan.
  19. I wouldn't say Cassel is bad. Average? Mediocre? Yes. I think they can win with him.
  20. Steve Bartkowski, Craig Morton, Joe Kapp
  21. I don't understand why they don't game plan. Wouldn't it be a good evaluating factor in how each QB carries out the game plan?
  22. I was just watching the NFL Network and their coverage prior to the HOF induction ceremonies and they had him on their set. I was glad to see how good he looks. While he was there, they did a split screen showing him there last year for Reed's induction and you can see a significant difference. He's gained weight back and has good color in his face. Good to see it!
  23. I definitely do not like how the Baseball HOF voters will not vote for a guy because "he doesn't deserve to be a 1st ballot hall-of-famer". I think that's BS. If a guy deserves to be in the HOF, he should get their vote. Sometimes there are too many outstanding1st time eligibile candidates so I can understand that they can't all go in at once but I don't like players having to wait many years to get in. The NFL voters do the same. Why did Andre Reed and Tim Brown have to wait so long? It made no sense.
