Not a me 1st player from my 1st impression.. Got to like that Other than that.. I couldn't tell you a damn thing about his ability or whether we should draft him Caption this image

we've tried every scenario ever tried accept going drafting a franchise caliber QB over the last 2 decades. QB is the only answer..

I'm not sure how stopping the Pats run game is our priority given that the Bills have continually been exposed playing aganst higher quality QB's. Brady will most likely shred us. I would like that to be different but I don't see the key to the Pats as stopping their run game

if we beat NE this week hope rises and we dance if we play our normal NE game stick a fork in us, same old same old any way you slice it and dice it though at this point tanking is out of the question and doesn't help us much at all. A few draft spots in the middle is not worth pursuing a tank, and would do more damage to the team going into next year IMO

I stopped watching all the NFL based talk shows a decade ago. No sports talk for me.. I find all those NFL today ESPN stuff annoying. I used to watch that stuff all day long. Since I have DVR i record the games wait till about 1 - 2 hours into the game and then fast forward thru all the fluff/half time and commercials. Basically I could care less about the NFL outside a Bills game. Personally I supported the protests by players fully so that has no bearing on me. Nothing outside of the Bills interests me in this league. The game is watered down and way too many rule changes that have turned the league into haves and have nots in regards to the QB position. Its unfortunate but I believe the league has passed its peak and will decline for some time. Prices are too expensive so there is a next generation coming through now that didn't get the same exposure as the previous generations. Lots of families and declining incomes can't afford to take in a game..

Yep gottas stick with Beaner and Mick man for 5 years.. anything less just is not enough to build an organization that has seen a new coach on average every 2 years into a consistent winner. It could turn out to be a disaster but that's exactly what we've been getting anyway so might as well try to do it differently and ride this one out.

I fail to see how given the short comings of TT and the fact other teams know the formula for keeping TT contained. The outcome with Peterman starting was disspoinitng but I wanted ot see how it turned out and had 0 faith in playoffs without this last ditch attempt. Now Its all about the future anyway because after the chargers its quite apparent the flaws in this team are spread througout so TT starting or not starting means little and makes absolutely no differnece I grind no ax.

They pissed it away when they couldn't rebound at home against the Saints with extra days to prepare. That was pretty clear

I'm hoping we let Beane and McD have a 5 year run before we start changing cogs in the wheel. Been doing that for way to long and it hasn't helped.. We need stability and it will probably bring more pain before it gets better

because it was the right move.. Anyone with a clue could see the Bills were not going ot make the playoffs given the 2 weeks prior and the fist full of clues we saw the enitre season. And this thought process where some how TT fixes his short comings and puts the team on his back to hide the rest of the Bills deficiencies had less than 0% chance of happening... SO you face reality and look towards the future. For better or worse you change the main horse at QB because swapping out an enite defense or OL was not a possibility..

But I no longer care about TT and the Bills playoff chances. That shipped sailed for me.. All I care about is seeing what we have and hoping this rebuild is different from the the last 10

I'm more interested in seeing more of Nate and if he can rebound... and I don't beleive TT gives us a better chance. Opposing teams know exactly how to beat him now

Cause you dont know what you really have till you do. They didn't draft him necessarily to be a backup, And its too early to give up on Nate after 1 start... I doubt the Patriots knew they had arguably the best QB to play the game when they took Brady in the 6th..

The only hope I have is seeing Peterman figure it out.. Watching this team for any other reaosn at this point is just not posisble for me I guess.. But I hear what you are saying...

I have no issue with starting Peterman but there is always an ax to grind... I probably wouldn't have had any excitement for the chargers game if TT was the QB, at least I had a few days ot look forward to this game. As for talent being traded away or let go.. Not so sure that happened. We perceived it as talent but this is what happens when you switch coaches and GM's.. Most who complained wanted Rex and Whaley gone, and they brought in players to match that style of play... You signed on for it now we have to let this one ride out. Dareus' contract was insane for what he was bringing. Watkins was average and rarely great and bottom line fact is McDermott was hired and he doesn't do defense the Rex Ryan way so parts were swapped out. I never phathomed this type of collapse after our 1st 7 weeks but this painful.. and officially we are in full rebuild mode

2 weeks in a row before the Chargers game this team was in a free fall and TT didn't have much going for him.. So unless we wanted to change the entire OL or the entire Defense the only move was a QB swap... which obvioulsy didn't help but at least we get to see what we have going forward.. I'd like to see a few more games of Peterman.. I want to see what kind of resolve the man has.. The only reaosn I want TT playing QB would be because this OL sucks realy bad, and Peterman might end up on a stretcher

Gotta stick with this rebuild for better or for worse, we just can't keep switching every 2 years.. That is getitng old and isn't working. This one needs to play out over the next 5 years. I'm depressed
