I do find it hard to believe that JJ would sign as a division rival to his brothers...fwiw

I mean it's not like Jerry Hughes performed well on his rookie deal either... -
If culture is important to him, you do have to wonder about Rodgers degree of irritation with his team over a certain draft pick last year and his uncertain future moving foward....

Well it is Kentucky...

Hughes still good too. Add JJ and Star, the front 4 is pretty impressive. FWIW, Reggie White was around the same age when he went to GB. I know injuries are an issue with JJ,but we can keep him fresh with a rotation at edge and reduce the wear and tear a bit.

JJ is still pretty damn good.

Deshaun Watson officially requests trade from Houston

Atl totally is cap screwed, their time to tear it apart a bit is coming up though. Was simply just considering it would be a fun move and would be cool to see a QB swap like that -

I would add the Lions to the list and possibly Atlanta if they really want to shake things up... -

Plenty of blame to go around, the run game overall was very ineffective. The blocking was awful and they were repeatedly blown off of the LOS throughout the season. That being said, RBs really didn't look that good either. -

Good write up fuzzy nuts! Games are won and lost in the trenches and we are able to hold up against almost any team. KC was a lot more physical in the trenches, rushing 4 and getting to us and them neutralizing any pass rush we had. There wasn't much Josh could do, no one was open and he pressed. Even if he took what was there, I am not sure it would have been enough. A big issue was in between Josh's ears. The disguised coverage by Spags worked as expected, we would call a play line up, Josh would audible to what he saw and they would drop the disguise a second before the ball was snapped, there was no time left for josh to revert back to the original play. His growth this offseason in film study will be to get to the line quicker and to be able to know when to roll with the play or when to check out of it. I love that he is reading and reacting to defenses, but I want to see us be able to dictate to the D and beat them anyways. To start the season I picked Josh as MVP and to have a TB Bills SB. I figured I would ride and die with him, because if we didn't see this growth during the season, this offseason would be, ugh, like every other one since JK retired. We need a speedy RB who can catch, Motor has regressed, he is a FORD, Found on Road Dead. While I don't want to run the ball much more than we did, I need a better runner with break away speed who is a great pass catcher out of the back field. OL is still an issue, I mentioned it in another thread earlier today, we need a big nasty OLman. I though Feliciano was it, but he had his ass handed to him by Jones (who is a helluva player). We need one more guy who is a road grader. Though about this earlier after hearing a brief conversation on WGR, is it scheme that leaves the TEs open against us. Every team will have its weakness and it is almost like we scheme to allow the TEs to have room and minimize the impact WRs can have against us. What makes this an interesting point, is that there are more WRs who can hurt you league wide vs the 2-4 TEs. The issue we ran into with KC is taht we simply couldn't keep up with them. In 2019, KC's first pick in the draft (2nd rd) was Mecole Hardman. ATL took Calvin Ridley when they were still loaded on WR. They focused on making the strong points on their team that much better. I found this interesting as well. McD was protecting the psyche of the team by not having them go 4 and out, he will never admit it. We all know that we wouldn't have made the 4th down play. That being said, the play calls on the first 3 downs were not great and our execution was terrible. Looking ahead, there has to be a serious conversation about who the core is and if we believe what McD said today about Bigger, Faster, Stronger - we need to add those pieces to our core. I think there will be some long and hard discussions about who to keep and who to move on from. We are in year 4 and KC is in year 8, we still have some building to do. We aren't that far off and we are right there with every other team not from KC... -

I am certain we are keeping him, the coaches love him and his leadership. While leadership is important, thus far the results of his play are 'meh' to my eyes when watching him. I just want more out of him after three years, I get the age aspect and potential; I just want to see something more than potential right now. He isn't great in space and still has trouble disengaging blockers. At what point do you say, the weaknesses in his scouting report that are still there 3 years into his pro career aren't likely to be overcome? I just need results here and I'm not sure it is the light coming on. We have him in the wrong position and he isn't overcoming those weaknesses. Whole Lotta Meh Edit: Lots of talk about Von Miller getting released, not sure TB will resign Barrett and there is a feeling that Khalil could be traded and freeing up $5 million in cap space for the Bears who are about $10 million over. Of course we would have to restructure, but I would consider this... -

I totally agree. I would have sent the 2nd to Jax for Yannick last year; I was hoping for that move, plus I wanted Trent gone and to reallocate that money plus LorAx's money for Hooper.
