  1. NFL players are so good now at punching ball out.
  2. The whole left side of the OL was a half yard behind the LoS. How is that not an illegal formation?
  3. Now that was a false start.
  4. It's pretty rich that Sirinai is complaining about the lack of a false start call on a tush push.
  5. And then he wouldn't confirm or deny that it was him. https://www.local10.com/weather/hurricane/2025/11/10/mcdaniel-shrugs-off-viral-drive-by-video-outside-elbo-room-as-dolphins-celebrate-win-over-bills/
  6. Just as a reminder of how we used to feel about Daboll and Josh Allen, here is a post game thread after that playoff loss in Houston. It makes for interesting reading.
  7. The fact that he even had to say that speaks volumes. I mean, no one has to say that Matt Nagy or Josh McDaniels will be the Chiefs and Pats OCs for the remainder of the year.
  8. What do you mean? Palmer is Canadian.
  9. I would agree if it had been the AFC Championship Game or the Super Bowl. But it was only the divisional round, with a game against the Bengals waiting. We probably would have lost that game. I will always argue that the loss the year before that, when the Bills were riding high into KC after two playoff wins, was worse. McDermott and Daboll called a horrible game, and neither had the team believing that they could actually win the game. It was the classic case of a team just being happy to be there. In many ways, that set the tone for the rest of the McDermott era in Buffalo.
  10. Diggs did that a lot. You could tell if he knew he wasn't getting the ball because he wouldn't run his route.
  11. The Packers only managed 13 points against a team that we scored 40 on. At home! We would be just as upset about that as we are today. But I'm splitting hairs and by no means want to argue that yesterday wasn't bad. I think McDermott should have been fired this morning for not preparing his team, but that was never going to happen.
  12. The Packers lost at home to the Panthers the week after we rolled them. The Falcons got rolled by these same Dolphins, but at home. The Bengals gave up 38 points to the Jets in a home loss and Joe Burrow being out had nothing to do with it. The Rams lost to Mac Jones and the 49ers at home. The Jags just choked a 29-10 lead going into the 4th quarter by giving up 26 points to the Texans. That was this week. The Lions lost at home to the Vikings and JJ McCarthy. I know we live in a Bills bubble, but this has really evolved into an "any given Sunday" league where no team is safe. That being said, this Sunday sucked really bad and was the third-worst regular-season loss of the McDermott/Allen era.
  13. But you could do this with every team that is not actively winning Super Bowls. I imagine that no loss hurts all that much if you're a Chiefs or Pats fan, but I wouldn't know.
  14. I actually think the AFC Championship Game in January 2021 in KC was the worst loss. We were a hot, young team riding a wave and came out like we expected to lose. The second was the AFC CG last year. In both cases, we were a win from the Super Bowl. All other losses, including 13 seconds, pale in comparison.
  15. I would normally agree with you. But Yesterday was really bad. I have been watching the All-22. Usually, when I do that, I see an opposing defense that made some good plays. That's what I saw when I looked at the Pats and Falcons games. So I wasn't so down. But what I see here is: A Bills team that wouldn't stop running into packed boxes A bunch of WRs who either can't get open or take too long to get open An OC who isn't scheming the WRs open. He also telegraphs with personnel grouping when the team is running or passing. A QB who refuses to throw into NFL tight windows. Too many times he took the checkdown from clean pockets before waiting for the play to develop downfield. The offense was a cluster from the start of the game. It looked like they didn't prrepare at all. And when they finally got rolling, they turned the ball over in brutal fashion. I can't take anything positive from it. We'll have to see how they respond, but that was one ugly game.
  16. The narratives here are interesting. Both teams are 6-3, coming off a loss. We lost to the lowly Dolphins, but the Bucs lost at home. So both will be desperate for a win. I would watch with great interest if I were a neutral fan.
  17. I'm actually usually very positive. A couple of posters on here have me blocked because I called out their excessive negativity. Yesterday broke me a bit. It was not only our loss. Division losses happen. It was the way we lost, coupled with the fact that the Pats seem like they are on a Super Bowl run of good play and good luck. It's enough to grind me into the dirt. And just to make myself clear, I was only responding to Corta's use of a Valley Girl phrase. He's right that I'm overreacting. But this is "Overaction Monday," after all.
  18. McDermott gets hired by a rebuilding team as HC in about 10 minutes. Daboll will have his pick of OC jobs, as will Mike McDaniel. Both will get another shot at HC in a few years, after they rehab their reputations. They don't call it a coaching carousel for nothing.
  19. To the max? As if! Things are just like grody right now in B-lo and totally bitchin' in Bean Town. Gag me with a spoon!
  20. Who cares? The Pats have 60 million in cap space before they release or restructure anyone. We're screwed.
  21. We're actually only a game and a half out because the Pats haven't had their bye yet. Also, the Bengals play in Pittsburgh this Sunday. That's a HUGE game for them.
  22. He won't take risks with the football in most games. He's taking sacks instead of attempting throws that might lead to INTs. Guys are getting NFL open, but he's waiting for them to be college open. They've turned Brett Favre into a game manager in an attempt to fashion a Tom Brady. LET JOSH BE JOSH!
  23. Here's the All-22 of the play. I think it was supposed to be a pass to Cook out of the backfield, but Miami covered it. From there, the play was broken
  24. One of Beane's main flaws as a GM is being overly concerned with "value." It causes mistakes in both the draft and FA. Hollins was not good "value" at the contract the Pats paid him. Joshula Palmer is a good "value" FA signing. Trading a 2026 1st for Waddle was bad "value." Drafting LBs in the first, even if they are far and away the BPA, is bad "value." I personally don't care about value. I want good players. The whole regime is also overly concerned with traits and culture, but that is another discussion.
  25. None today. Bills fans are witnessing the formation of a new Pats dynasty and behaving accordingly.
