We have a legal system which puts limits on the numbers granted visa's and citizenship and defines proper entry into the country. Many that come here circumvent that process and abuse the leniency in the illegal entry process. It's a no brainer that improper entry and proper entry in reasonable numbers be strictly enforced. This should be something both political parties easily agree on. Trump's position on the whole matter is easily the most proper and sensible in decades (with exception of who pays for wall). That's a great point. Sometimes it's hard to understand the merits of 1 year deals. From the Bills standpoint, that says they don't necessarily want him back? In this case they are familiar with the player and you'd think they'd offer him another year if they think he can contribute next year. Otherwise they have to compete for him when the season is over. From the player standpoint would he turn down a reasonable offer (if one was made) for the 2nd year or is he confident that he'll be in demand as a FA? This one seems like another year may have made sense for both teams.

Exactly what is it that "your side" expects from the continuation of the Mueller investigation? Is there anyone out there that has any evidence to support a belief that Trump or his close campaign/inner circle are guilty of illegal activity with Russians with the intent to change the results of the 2016 election? Certainly by now if there was any evidence of that it would have been leaked dozens of times and we'd all know about it. How do we as a nation benefit from continuing this investigation?

Well since I met him after his football career was over and he's definitely a Bills fan, Don Beebe. He runs a top notch football camp in our area and he and his staff coached one of my sons for 4 years. Spoke to him on a few occasions and since my wife and I had season tickets while he played in Buffalo, we had some things to talk about. Terrific guy and a terrific coach. He works pretty closely with a lot of the kids.

The use of technology to count votes is fine but there has to be a backup method for verification. A technology alone system will absolutely be abused at some point if it hasn't been already. That and procedures to tabulate, verify and archive votes have to be air tight and within short windows of time and all aspects of administering voting should be reporting up to more than 1 individual representing both (or more) parties in each district.

You prepare and demand the team do its' best to win every game even after being eliminated from the playoffs. You want to develop young players, a winning culture and winning habits. The Bills have a ton of money to spend this off-season so you want free agents to want to come to Buffalo. Pedal to the metal.

IIRC, the rules for districting are individual to each state and in the case of Illinois somewhat vague. Pols like it that way just like they usually oppose term limits and strict voting laws. Increasingly we live in their sandbox unfortunately. In Illinois our outgoing governor got enough signatures to get term limits on the ballot a few years ago only to have some friendly to the opposition court decide that the constitutional effort to get it on the ballot was unconstitutional or something like that.

CNN is in an all-out war with Trump 24/7. The suit isn't supposed to have merit. It's just another attack/attention getter and losing won't slow down CNN. Until it really hurts their business it will continue. For now they have a large potential audience of Trump haters who use CNN like an emotional support pet.
