  1. ......AND THERE'S THE PROBLEM. CK hasn't backed up that claim.
  2. Joke if you will. The info was emailed to a member of the Bill's training staff tonight. If they're smart they will follow up. Two olympic sprinter gold medalists and one pro football hall of famer are pretty good references.
  3. You don't know what you don't know.
  4. I have a guy who can fix his hamstrings. No joke, no lie, the best and possibly only trainer on earth that will solve the problem. He'd have to fly in from Chicago 3x a week. He uses a proprietary method, very difficult to train anyone else to do it. He and his small group have proven themselves with U.S. Olympic sprinters and other athletes. No bull **** here. I've seen the work first hand. I sent this info to a person last year who has contact with the Bills and got crickets in reply. I may send another note tonight.
  5. Supply side is a loosely defined term. We have to have an environment that is favorable for businesses otherwise where will most people work? Our unbalanced budget and debt are due to poor discipline and putting politics before country by those in Washington. No I don't like our level of debt. Both parties own the problem. Wealth divide a non-issue for me. We are set up as a higher risk higher reward economy. The top 1% have mostly earned it, good for them. Most at the bottom of the economy deserve to be there based on their own life decisions. However, I am very concerned with the lack of growth in our economy as that means fewer opportunities for all and we need pro business growth policies enacted. Also concerned about the money that influences Washington. That needs to be addressed. We also need a flatter and simpler federal income tax code and a policy that requires all tax brackets to rise and fall at the same rate if rates change. Estate tax? Hillary's proposal of 65% for the uber rich is simply government confiscation. To me similar rules should be applied to estate "income" as ordinary income with some level of exemption. Gains due to inheriting a business or other taxed asset should be treated as ordinary income and only taxable at the time the gain is realized.
  6. Trump is a flawed candidate for sure but Hillary's flaws "trump" his easily. That and it doesn't take a lot of thought to realize that on the big issues we face as a country, Trump's views and that of the right are generally better positions on those large issues than that of the democrats and the left. Consider each of the half dozen or so really big issues we have, look at the numbers, the causes and what we need to do to fix those issues. It's really a no brainer. Now with that said, I likely won't vote for Trump but will vote for someone whose positions are more similar to his than hers.
  7. Ugh, you're right.
  8. I'm a big fan of the running game as well but think the Bills should try to make a trade for a receiver. They don't have much experience or talent at that position now. If there is a chance to bring in a decent vet maybe from a team going nowhere I say do it if the price is fair.
  9. A nice collection of Chicago shooting and homicide stats updated weekly. http://heyjackass.com/
  10. Darn it. I was hoping you would explain to the rest of us know nothings the benefits and morality of Clinton's estate tax proposal.
  11. The stat you cite is meant to deceive. It does not take into account the numbers of people engaged with the police and for what reason and if the shooting is/was justified. Very few shootings regardless of color of officers or victims have been shown to be unjustified. I'll say again that unjust shootings are tragic but there have been almost none since this issue bubbled up to the top that have been shown to be unjust and even fewer both unjust and racially motivated. Now if people don't like the rules of engagement under which the police operate, namely to eliminate the threat when there is one, then they need to work to change those laws.
  12. No, I and others have put some genuinely meaningful questions out there to be answered and so far only crickets in response.
  13. Looking at the balance of the Bills schedule......It's not looking as tough as it did a month ago.
  14. Nail hit on head right there.
  15. I'd like to agree with you but the idiot European voters have shown us that in their countries the beat goes on even in the face of economic and social wreckage. Brexit being a recent exception but that's not a trend yet. U.S. Voters are not a wise bunch.
  16. So with all the dissatisfaction with the major party candidates, why aren't the major media outlets providing significant coverage of the alternatives?
  17. She's in a tough spot being a hard lefty but also being of a generation that is more patriotic and respectful of our country than CK's generation.
  18. Politics has its' own ruleset and it's counter to what most of us are taught about what is right, wrong and of common sense.
  19. No you're way off base here. I'm genuinely interested in your answer. You made a very broad statement earlier. I'm simply looking for some additional detail. Anyone regardless of color being gunned down without cause by the police is a concern. Any such incident is tragic for sure. We have a justice department which stands at the ready to prosecute any such incidents that involve race and excessive force. Has there been a successful prosecution of any police officer in recent years for such an act? One or more where an officer was found guilty of excessive use of force motivated by race? I'm not saying it hasn't happened, just can't recall any at the moment.
  20. What facts are those that prove blacks continue to be treated poorly and what portion of blacks are you speaking of?
  21. Is booing or calling him a dumbass disrespectful? I think not. It's simply an expression of free speech just like taking a knee during the anthem.
  22. All good points. It's incredible but also predictable.
  23. As a country we are literally doomed with this type of "leadership". Truly sad.
