Yup you are absolutely correct! Funny how so much stuff has happened this year that you can forget something so significant while doing a season recap. Crazy

Last year had a completely different feel in my opinion. Yeah the Bills battled a lot of adversity but they kept finding ways to pull off wins and finished with a comfortable 13-4 record and Division title. There was never a point last year where we questioned if they were going to get into the playoffs. This year started with that horrible opening night loss to the Jets. Then the Bills seemed to find themselves again going on a demolition of the Raiders, Washington and Miami getting everybody's hype and excitement level up the point where most of us were thinking the Bills were going to be the Super Bowl favorites coming out of the AFC. Then the wheels came apart with horrible showings against the Giants and Patriots and then the 12 Men on the field debacle against the Broncos to the point a huge portion of the fanbase was calling for McDermott to get fired. Instead they can Dorsey and in comes Joe Brady and does a pretty good job getting the Offense back on track and the Bills start winning some games again combined with the rest of the AFC going through their own struggles and once again you get a contingent of Bills fans claiming the Bills will be the favorites in the AFC...but oh wait there's a catch! Things still actually have to fall in place for the Bills to even get in the playoffs LOL....I dunno I just can't compare this season to any others I've ever followed. So many up's and downs and curveballs Edit: I forgot to even include all that nonsense that happened with Tyler Dunne too

I'm not sure, I'm about an hour and a half away from Olean and never up that way. The Beef N Barrel is the only place in the area I'm familiar with. That's a shame they won't be open

Completely agree. That's the one stadium that should be a bucket list trip for all football fans. The tour and Museum inside the stadium were great too.

I think I've been to about 9 different NFL stadiums. I would say my favorites are probably Lambeau and Arrowhead but I've always been an old school football kinda guy so I'm more about character and history than bells and whistles. Denver's stadium was also pretty cool

One of the most "interesting" seasons I can ever remember if not the most interesting. That goes for the Bills and the NFL in general as well. Although they were still kinda different this season has brought back some memories of the 2004 season for me.

I would actually put SF on a tier all by themselves right now. That's the one team that has looked like a true Super Bowl team throughout the season even including that 3 game skid they had midway through the season but yeah there's not one other team in the league that I really trust this year and that hasn't gone through their own letdowns. I'm at a weird place with the Bills right now with the way the conference looks. I think they could absolutely beat any team in the AFC but I wouldn't be shocked at all if they lost to any of them either. Just a weird season man.

I haven't read through this entire thread but I think where a lot of the optimism comes from right now is how bad the AFC looks overall. We have just as good of a shot to get in the playoffs and make some noise as anybody. Obviously I don't think the Bills have looked like a consistently great team throughout the season and in other years I wouldn't have any faith in anything big happening but you just can't rule out the Bills making something happen in the playoffs when you look at the competition. One of the more interesting NFL seasons in awhile.
