  1. I'm not suggesting he's on Aaron Donald's level(nobody else in the entire league is) but you are going to eat those words this season my friend!
  2. I'm much more concerned about the play of the Offensive line. That's the wild card that will dictate the play of the Offense this year in my opinion
  3. "Where else would you rather be, than right here right now!?" Cheers on 97 Marv!
  4. Ed Oliver got that dog in him. This Defense will be on another level from last year
  5. Agreed! Was thinking about that back when RJ retired earlier this year and hearing the news about Vin Scully brought those thoughts right back.
  6. For anybody who has seen her Twitter posts before this is nothing unusual. She is BRUTALLY honest about all sorts of stuff on there. A bit weird to be that candid about something like that but not shocking in the least bit and anybody who thinks otherwise is Naive.
  7. Yes Thurman did make that quote...and ironically enough I just referenced that Thurman quote with a Co-worker of mine who grew up in the Bronx a few days ago I think I'm just a junkie for those Sports docs in general, especially the ones they are starting to make into a series now. I have been saying they needed to make one about the 90s Knicks in a similar fashion to the Four Falls of Buffalo for awhile now. As I've already mentioned sometimes I think the story is a little more interesting from the perspective of the team that just couldn't get over the hump.
  8. Guess there wasn't as many Knicks fans on the board as I thought
  9. Agree that the play of the offensive line is going to be key. The line struggles were the reason behind the Bills rough start to the season last year in my opinion not because they were getting too full of themselves and not taking things seriously like so many posters were suggesting last year.
  10. https://www.amny.com/sports/spike-lee-documentary-series-1990s-knicks/#.Yuemw9m67GM.link I loved the NBA in the 90s...granted I was a huge Bulls fan growing up but I always liked those Knicks team and Patrick Ewing. In hindsight that's a Sports team I wish would've gotten at least one ring back then. I think this should be pretty good, sometimes the stories about the teams that didn't go all the way but were right there on the cusp(see Four Falls of Buffalo) are more interesting than the champions stories. I know there are some Knicks fans on the board so wanted to share.
  11. RIP to a true legend
  12. He can show dramatic improvement and yet still suck in the big picture. They don't have to be mutually exclusive thoughts
  13. Probably not the poster child for Humanitarian of the year but this guy built an EMPIRE. I watched WWF religiously growing up. Product has definitely fallen off over the years but it's super hard to sustain anything for that long. Hell of a run for Mr. McMahon
  14. The 02-04 era Bills teams. This is the team I thought/was hoping we were getting back then. I thought it was going to be the reincarnation of the 90s Super Bowl teams. I mean we had Drew, Moulds, Price, Travis Henry, Takeo Spikes, Pat Williams, London Fletcher, Sam Adams, Winfield and Clements. It sounded so good on paper....sooooo good! I was wrong, boy was I wrong. After that I never really allowed myself to feel that way again with any of the following regimes/era's until McDermott, Beane, and Allen came along and here we are!
  15. Would love to see a 90s quality version of this for last season....these things were made so much better back then
  16. Anybody have any good restaurant recommendations near camp? I was going to check out the Pittsford Pub but the reviews online were pretty bad
  17. Thanks for the heads up....long day at work and I forgot to grab my tickets today but just jumped on it! I'll be there July 24th, can't believe how close we are getting already.
  18. There's an old saying Game recognizes game. There's nothing wrong that these two have the utmost respect for each other.
  19. RIP Paulie Walnuts. One of the all-time great supporting characters on a TV show "You're not gonna believe this. He killed sixteen Czechoslovakians. Guy was an interior decorator"
  20. Dude give Golf a chance! Many of us avid golfers would kill to be in your position lol
  21. Care to elaborate?
  22. Yeah I remember talking about it with people on this board when the 30 for 30 was getting released. I was excited for it and looking forward to it but was also saying after that we need to put a nail in the coffin and bury the 90s Super Bowl years Nostalgia. Many people agreed and seemed to be at that point as well. I think around then is when it started dying down a little bit but it was still there. Once the 2020 season happened and Allen broke out I think the 90s era was officially buried and for the first time since the drought started people became wrapped up in living in the present finally. It still feels pretty glorious lol
