Maybe the reason why they hired him was because he didn't feel the need to replace the rest of the coaching staff? Do you really need to replace a WR coach because the team decided to change from a WCO to a power run offence or some other offence? Are position coaches locked into only being able to coach a certain type of offence to those players? I'm sure most position coaches can adapt enough that they don't have to be tossed away. Most get let go because the HC was fired and the new HC wants his own staff in place. You are also assuming that the OC and DC are in charge of the position coaches instead of the HC. How many other teams fired their OC and all the position coaches?

Smith and Bradford were also 1st overall picks. Smith wasnt great in SF and that team has been a mess, he still isn't anything great, probably a very good bridge/placeholder QB Bradfords issue isn't that he doesn't have the talent or the ability, its that he can never consistently show it cause he can't ever stay healthy enough to play a full season. Has he ever played an entire season in his NFL career? He isn't someone your waiting for a light to turn on for, unless the light is magic and can heal him instead of injuring him.... Keenum, like MANY others before him is more likely to go back to looking like a career backup undrafted FA then a top 10 starter in the league. It happens almost every year....

They had the Robin Williams one from the 90's which I believe may have been a remake (or reboot I guess) of an older one Transformers is different, the movies they have been doing are sequels and are not reboots/remakes. The Spiderman movies are the ones that in the last 10-15 years have been "rebooted" 3 times (1st the Tobey Maguire spiderman trilogy, then the 2 Emo spidermans, and now the marvel spiderman, the 3 sets don't connect to each other and are separate sets of movies from each other). I for one, don't mind the Transformers movies mostly because i enjoy them for what they are, mindless explosions and CGI robot fights. I don't expect Academy award level acting and can live with some storey line holes. I think the problem today is that with the internet, everyone can be a critic or give their opinions and there are many who don't share the same idea that not all movies should be Academy Awards level films, some are supposed to be shut your brains off and enjoy some things blowing up or cool special effects. And these days you can never tell online if its a true "review" of something or some paid comment to try and boost the ratings/sales of whatever the review is about. companies will pay people to go online and post fake reviews all the time to try and boost interest and ratings for whatever it is they are trying to promote/sell

If you're striving for someone who is just "better then TT", your still going to be in trouble. What they need to be looking for is someone who can fill the position at a good level. We don't have to give up everything to try and find the next Brady/Manning/Brees/Rogers, but they should be striving for atleast the next Big Ben, Stafford, Ryan, Rivers, etc. They don't need to have an elite Qb to win (but if one is found thats great..). A QB from the next shelf down from elite would be good enough to be contenders each year As for Keenum, doesn't this happen almost every year? Some journeyman or young kid comes in and looks good on a very good team. They become the 'it' player in the offseason and someone ends up overpaying to get them hoping they found a diamond in the rough and they end up getting burned?

I wonder if he takes a look at the QBs on the jets roster, drops papers on the table and just says "I'm Out!" while walking out the door....... As for the Bills, they don't have any openings right now, Dennison was the only one let go at this time Do we know that the new OC wants a different staff, or that the staff in place would not be able to help him coach his offence? Some of these coaches aren't always locked into one certain type of scheme/method/way.

Not going to argue, he is the one guy almost everyone goes to when you think of baseball greats. Although personally I would want to put Nolan Ryan slightly ahead of him. When I am thinking of the GOAT, I would look at the player in all aspects of the game and as its been said, when everyone thinks of Ruth, pitching or defence isn't usually what comes to mind for the average fan, its homeruns. He is definitly one of MLBs GOATS, but I would struggle to bring him up in an arguments like this where you compare them to other athletes in different sports. Its similar to Gretzky, when you think of him the first thing that comes to mind is goals. You don't think of how well he could get back to play defence. NHLs GOAT, but I wouldnt argue him being the GOAT compared to other sports athletes but I also struggle with considering Brady to be the GOAT in the NFL. From what we have seen of him, he has been on good teams, and even when he is out, the team keeps rolling without him. (maybe not as good, but still one of the better teams). Comparing him to manning, we have seen manning put up numbers on some bad teams, and with different teams/coaches. Brady has always been with BB and I think its hard to tell if he is really the GOAT or if its because of BB being the GOAT HC. Plus, Manning and his teams didn't have many cheating accusations and investigations against them......

Fromt the comments after hte article i read about it today, sounds like the girl is a complete nut job. Not that it is any defence for what may or may not have happened, but this may be one that turns out to be completely false based on the girls history/past.... Werent there rumors that he was already on thin ice with the company? this could have been one of those things that pushed them over the edge whether he is guilty or not

My mom is a huge Neil Diamond fan, a few years ago I took her to see one of his shows in Toronto. Even recently in his later years he still put on a good show. never disliked Sweet Caroline until the Red Sox.......

Throw in that he was out of shape and an alcoholic too........ Although I would disagree about Ruth, when i think of him, i think of HRs. I'm not thinking about how great he was playing the field, or his batting average getti g base hits, usually just the HRs. It's like basing a WRs greatness only on how many touchdowns he scored....

So you think that would stop them from wanting to make more money? How many times do you see someone already wealthy wrapped up in illegal activity or scams because they want more of it? Sometimes the more money you have, the greedier you become...... Just watch the games and theres plenty of compelling evidence to suggest not everything in the league is on the "Up and Up". It would not shock me in the least to one day here that the league was fixed. It seems to get worse every year. Yet I can't say watching Baseball that I feel the same, and I am not a fan of the red sox or yankees. But I don't feel the league is fixed In Hockey, I wouldn't be shocked to find out the "draft lottery" was rigged to make sure a few names are put in places to help the league and some of it franchises, but I can't say watching games that I feel the games are rigged. I'm sure that has to be true and not part of an act then, It wouldn't help make it look like they really were mad at each other by saying he was going to sue the league, then not go through with it......

I said this before and people were ready to fit me with a tin foil hat It would not shock me to find out that Goodell and Kraft had an agreement worked out with "Deflategate" so that it took heat off Goodell who could say that he did something and it would make it look like they weren't working together. It also allows the Pats and their fans to play on the "Everyones against us" mentality

Bull**** Have you ever seen any team in Pro sports be able to just throw anyone in their lineup and still come out with the same results every year? Even when Brady is not in the lineup they aren't missing a beat. They go through many stretches where they don't look good, wasn't their defence one of the worst in the league statistically to start the year? Then here they are, rolling their way into the championship again. Almost every team that plays them just happens to forget to keep playing late in a game allowing them to come back and win it? Every play that is challenged in a game goes their way when they need it to. You see calls that get reviewed go their way and its questioned how they could have made that call, then the next week that same thing happens in another game and its called the way it should have been in the Pats game? Has one of their highly successful Co-Ordinators/Coaches went on to do well anywhere else? How many of their players ever leave and continue to play well elsewhere (outside of Garopollo who theres rumors they didn't want to get rid of) No team can be this dominant just because of a QB and a HC...........

I don't even dislike TT like many here do but I can agree with this comment This team was NOT making the SB with the players they traded away. I might actually go as far as saying theres a really good chance they don't make the playoffs with all of them either. I think this team rallied around being the underdog and people not expecting them to do anything because they traded away good players. it led them to believe in what the coach was telling them.

Kind of sounds a little bit like here, except many of their lost players were self inflicted in trades, yet they still managed to exceed expectations.

That would be the ideal ending....... Except you know the yellow team would be the Pats and Brady. They would then claim the collapse was caused by all of Gronks spikes weakening the ground bellow Gillette creating sink holes. Science could back it up........ I would rather see it go further and not just swallow the stadium but the entire area....

It's a crap shoot with those places, sometimes you get one that is great, other times you get ones that look like a 5 year old made it (5 year old american kid, cause theres a good chanve the ones overseas were made by one of their own 5 year olds..). Also these are usually the same ones you would find being sold by sellers on eBay too. I bought a Hasek Czech Republic jersey from one and it was pretty good. Had a few others that I wouldn't want to wear. Bought a Jays Tulowitzki one that the lettering is off on the back. I used to work with someone who had bought a bunch a couple times and had good results except for an Andrew Luck jersey that he said was pretty bad. I ordered a Sabres jersey a few Years ago that would let me put whatever name and number on the back of it so I was going with my own to wear when I played hockey (that year I was playing for a team named the Sabres). It was taking a while and I saw a weird charge on my credit card one day. Called the CC company and asked about it and they said it was a travel agency in Korea I believe. I told them that must have been fraud and they asked if I was or had traveled there. I told them the only time i ever traveled was earlier that year to Vegas and Arizona. So they canceled the charge. A few days later in my spam email folder i had an email asking in broken english why i canceled the charge and saw it was for the jersey. I never responded and a little while later I got a Jersey in the mail that was Really BAD. It was even bad for a knockoff.
