  1. Tis the dicotomy of being a semi-fat sort of trying to be healthy married guy with no real direction or cause...
  2. I'll take 49 with everything in excess.
  3. We eat those all the time. They are actually quite yummy.
  4. Which in no way qualifies him to actually play LB in the NFL.
  5. Maybe Marv wasn't so dumb...
  6. That is an awful lot of stock to put into two series in a preseason game. Another thing, will fans please stop assessing the current years schedule based on team's previous year performance. Every year teams rise and fall, no one can predict how this years Bills will do against this years opponents.
  7. ...but not quite black enough. He kicks in that uber annoying blackcent to gain cred amongst his peers.
  8. They have been skewered for not taking Melo although winning a Championship or two has kept it to a minimum. I have to agree with your assment that they thought Melo was in effect a consimate loser. It still doesn't excuse the Darko pick.
  9. I see this as a good thing. It seems as if every white college superstar turns into the same player anyway. Adam Morrison, Wally Szerbiak, Mike Dunleavy...I know there are successful white dudes in the "association" but by and large they ultimately flop. White dudes usually only thrive at 2 positions, under the rim lug (a 4 or 5, I consider it the same because the skill set is the same) or a point guard. Every 6'7" - 6'9" swing white player that comes in the league flounders because the guys he is not bigger or faster than anyone in the league relinquishing him to jump shooter status.
  10. "She looks like your typical soccer mom. She's a very nice, quiet neighbor," Perrino said. "It makes me wonder if we ought to pay our teachers more."
  11. Don't condescend me, man. I'll !@#$in' kill ya, man.
  12. I'll take either at this point. Buchholtz just ain't ready and Zink...well he is...Charlie Zink.
  13. He's an upgrade over Zink or Bucholtz.
  14. What if he's at the line of scrimmage or behind it on a WR screen that they like to run with him. He's turns a 2nd and 7 into a 3rd and 12. That ain't helping.
  15. ...but there is the problem. Five yards aren't measly. Moving the chains wins games. Roscoe surrendering field position and first downs based on hunches isn't going to do the team any favors.
  16. Not to single out you, I'm sure you are a lovely person but can the "I do her" comments coming from internet schlubs when referring to a woman of near model status please cease? Yeah, she's hot. I think everybody would do her. Even the so called snobs who poo poo every hot celeb with a spec of imperfection would do her. Next topic please.
  17. I was strictly speaking of Barry, as no real comparison can be made except for each players propensity for losing yards. I've had the Sanders debate with many a folk and you are the first person who hasn't vehemently denied my theory. I know Sanders played on terrible teams but I think his herky jerky style of running may not have been suitable for NFL success. Breaking long runs is great but if your team is surrendering the ball to the other team 4 out of 5 series, are you really making any ground? As far as Roscoe goes, his style is perfect for kick returns but all too often he runs laterally and even backwards in terms of field position. A player can't just surrender 5 yards because he thinks he can break it for 20 more. Take the 5 and get back to the huddle.
  18. Question is: Is causing your team 10 'three and outs' and then breaking one or two long ones condusive to winning?
  19. They are playing decent but would it kill them to not make an ally-oop attempt every other time down the floor...or dribble into traffic only to kick the ball out randomly hoping a teammate is there to receive it?
  20. David Caruso may be the worst actor of our genenration.
