  1. Hell no. We don't really play well with others when it comes to Fairport parents. Most are a lot better off financially and they frown on the tattoos and my wife only being 16 years older than her son. We walk to our own drum and try to stick with people that are open minded (makes us sound like swingers).
  2. This thread needs to be nominated for the most poorly worded title and discussion thereafter. Trading back?
  3. A swift kick in the nads usually sums up my game day experience.
  4. Are Dolphin fans in hiding until their team becomes watchable?
  5. Do you know a lot of Dolphin fans?
  6. I didn't go to Fairport schools until 7th grade, but my brother and step-son both went to Northside & Dudley.
  7. Hey, I was raised in, work in, and am buying a house in Fairport; not Pittsford. Jay Rubeo, he's the elitist. p.s. Thanks for the avatar!
  8. I've been thinking about this and I think this matters more to people who are 40 plus. I fall under that earmark and didn't start following the Bills until the mid 80's during my teen years. I can understand all the Dolphin hate generated during the 70's but since I was never a part of that my hate is more aimed toward New England (even though they have only been good for the last decade). I have more hate for the Steelers than I do for the Fish. Getting stomped by Pittsburgh every primetime game in the 90's really fostered that.
  9. What is the Buffalo-Miami rivalry standing on? The biggest loser in the AFC?
  10. Just bought a house in Rochester (well, Fairport as the city mostly is a dump).
  11. Miami is a Marquee team?
  12. ...and by quick you mean 3 years, right?
  13. Miami is the worst team in the league. Consider yourself lucky. Hasn't the rivalry changed to New England?
  14. debateable: Isaac Bruce: 6'0" 188 lbs Tory Holt: 6'0" 190 lbs Ricky Proehl: 6'0"190 lbs Az Hakim: 5'10" 188 lbs
  15. They didn't use the run and shoot.
  16. Without watching either video, I can tell you Frank Caliendo is closer to the least funniest man in America.
  17. Yes and I hope this franchise has the people in place to make the right choice. They did well last year and based on that I will give them the benefit of doubt.
  18. Maybe the teams drafting these players should come into question.
  19. It wasn't a keep list, just a list of first round big bodies that turned into great players as opposed to the best players form that draft. Their were 13 linemen drafted in the first round in 2002, 9 of which turned into great players. Looking at skill guys (QB, RB, WR), 8 were drafted, and 2 (walker and stallworth) only developed into real players.

  21. You are talking about a completely seperate issue. Those teams did well with their first day picks, but how many of their starters (outside of #1 picks, who are expected to contribute right away) drafted in rounds 2-4 started immediately after their first training camp? I'm guessing a handful, at best.
  22. Yes but big bodies usually pan out well early in the draft, as opposed to tiny skill guys.
  23. There should have been a sign in front of my parents house: Keep pets and cold cuts at a distance.
