Yup. And when DeSantis was in the lead earlier in this election cycle, I read a headline that said "Here's why DeSantis could be worse than Trump." They're not threats to democracy: they're threats to a/their liberal dystopia.
-
Oh, is that how he "cheated"? LOL!
-
The question is whether McD is telling them not to scrum? I don't think I've ever seen a penalty on a Hail Mary so I'm telling my players to take everyone down.
-
I disagree. I think that Wilson will lose it for them.
-
Every Repub is "the greatest threat to the American way" to you guys. It's played out. And tell me how Trump tried to cheat his way to owning the Bills? I missed that one.
-
Didn't they rush more than 2 against Kyler Murray?

Do you look under your bed or in your closet for Trump before you go to bed at night?

What exactly is the real story with Mike Edwards?

Better than Hamlin? -

How did he play for the Chefs when he got the chance to start? Especially in the SB? -
On a side note and instead of dragging up the "Josh (already) has the most TDs by a player in his first 7 seasons" thread, Josh now has more total TDs per game than Mahomes, if you count his first game as half of one since he entered it about 4 minutes into the 3rd quarter. Crazy considering how his college career went, as well as his first 2 seasons in the NFL.

Yup. That's why I thought it was odd that the depth chart is the way it is. And again I believe they changed it. In any case, I hope to see Rapp and Bishop as the starters. Both are young and bring something to the table (Bishop potentially). I hope the Bills are on the giving end of many blowouts to give Bishop some game experience to eventually take over. -
He'll get a 3-4 game tryout to see if he can knock off the rust and get back up to speed.

The concussion protocol was changed after what happened with Tua 2 years ago. You know that, right? They added ataxia as an objective criterion. Merely hitting one's head isn't a criterion for being placed in the protocol. Neither is being diagnosed by a neuroscientist based solely on incomplete videos. Loss of consciousness is a criterion and the NFL and NFLPA said that didn't occur: (citation provided): And again, what reason would the NFLPA have to lie? Fear of a lawsuit? It's been over 2 years since Tua postured against the Bengals and there is no lawsuit forthcoming. And yeah, I'm smart enough to know that if you're using an example of a guy who got a concussion and then got another one in his next game, and then talk about a guy who you suspect got a concussion but didn't get one in his next game, I'd say it's more proof he didn't get a concussion the first time. Unless everyone who evaluated Josh just got lucky.

I looked it up and, like with Bishop, Edwards missed a lot of time in training camp, as well as in the Spring. I can see why he got beaten and why McD would rather go with Hamlin. But I hope it changes. -
I just said it. He wants the US out of the picture. They've been trying to sow discord in the US for decades. I've been saying this since about the time the Ukraine war entered its 4th month with no end in sight. He has no chance to invade another country, much less a NATO one.

According to the depth chart, Mike Edwards is the backup to Rapp, who isn't exiting the lineup, and Bishop is the backup to Hamlin. I could have sworn that it was the reverse when I looked at it a few weeks ago. Is there any reason why Rapp and Edwards can't start together? -
The NFLPA, who would have no reason to lie, agreed that "steps required by the concussion protocol were followed" and "there was no loss of consciousness." So if he passed the objective portion of the exam and didn't lose consciousness, why do you still believe he was concussed? Because your degree allowed you to diagnose him from the footage from the game? LOL! Let's see your resume. In order to continue to insist that he was concussed, you must believe a) the NFLPA is lying and/or b) that Josh had subjective symptoms that he decided to hide and which could have gotten him placed in the concussion protocol. And great, one person wistfully talked about McD "probably" wanting to stop the game to protect Tua. It's an opinion (and you know...). There was no "spread." But don't you think that a "man of integrity" would have pulled Josh from the game if he truly had a concussion? Meanwhile guys like Taylor Rapp are ruled out of games? Look, the time for this discussion was when Josh was reinserted back in the Houston game. Once they trotted him out for the postgame presser, it was essentially over. When the NFL and NFLPA issued their joint statement, it was dead. And after Josh played against the Jets and beat them, it's beating a dead horse.

Ataxia, lethargy, confusion, photophobia, nausea, mood change. He'd be at practice and there would be signs others could see. There's only so much he can hide. And if he hides it, again, that's on him. The same goes for Tua. If he doesn't report that he's not doing/feeling well, that's not on the team. And now that he's secured the bag and suffered another major concussion, I bet his attitude towards concussions will change, if not his style of play. Brains leaking out of his ears is an objective sign that something is wrong. That's already been covered and you should know that.

I’m loudly loving this.

It's obvious: like any country/ruler, he wants his to be the most prosperous/dominating country on Earth. The US has been a hindrance to that since the end of the 2nd World War.

Wow, that's some major insight by Katy and Tony.
