  1. I agree! I'm sick and tired of Bills' fans with the attitude that "we're better than that". No, we aren't. We suck and have sucked for far too long. Do whatever it takes!
  2. Lol! I'd say there is zero chance he doesn't make the team.
  3. This is great news! He's well worth the risk.
  4. Nice thread title, especially for a member of the moderator Gestapo.
  5. Because if the player is released he can pick the team he signs with. If he's traded he has no choice. Make sense? I'd sign the guy if he'd come to Buffalo. I doubt he'd want to though.
  6. RIP Ralph. Thanks for all the good you did in your life.
  7. Forgive me if I'm not completely sold on Manual as the starter, and Thad Lewis backing him up...
  8. You're so right. The Bills have proven that they make all the best decisions, especially at quarterback. Look at their track record. You and Promo have got to be the biggest homer front office apologists in the history of this board. Well done, indeed!
  9. I agree with Bill. I'd love to see him brought in to compete for the starting job. Only a complete fool would say "he's done absolutely nothing". Well no sh-t, he's playing behind Tom Brady.
  10. Donte Whitner, king of the back tackle.
  11. I'm so sick of people whining about "wanting players who want to be here". What player in their right mind would WANT to play for the ****ty Bills? I'm serious. If not for boat loads of cash, I see no other reason. There's no winning tradition, horrible management, horrible weather, no stability at QB and on offense, a new defensive coordinator every year, etc. It's time people stop getting emotional over players at least wanting to see what else is out there.
  12. What are you gushing about? The Bills are an NFL team. They will make money regardless of the circumstances. You're praising him for trying to make up for the blunder that is the Toronto series? Wow.
  13. 5 years, $45 million, $26 million guaranteed, Denver Broncos
  14. I don't blame Byrd, I blame the Bills for failing to provide an atmosphere where players actually have hope that the team will be successful. The Bills organization is absolutely garbage. This is par for the course, unfortunately.
  15. The Bills should have just paid him what he wanted. I think they'd be much better off now if they had. Oh well.
  16. I really like Brandin Cooks of Oregon State. I don't think he'll last until the 3rd round, but he's a great player. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfJvQEYRJsw http://www.oregonliv...fl_combine.html http://espn.go.com/c...6/brandin-cooks He had a MONSTER year last year...128 rec, 1,730 rec yards, 16 TD. Plus he had 217 rushing yards with 2 TD
  17. Heaven forbid a guy wanting to further his career and move up...give me a break.
  18. New England 31, Denver 28 Seattle 27, San Francisco 17
  19. I hope it's to retire as a Bill.
  20. Because this is the Buffalo Bills we're talking about and they've done this before. They let Nate Clements walk away in what...2006?
  21. Not one person involved with the team has ever said anything to make anyone believe this is true. Pure BS. Byrd is the kind of player you keep. You don't let playmakers like him leave...we aren't the Patriots...we can't afford to lose players of his caliber. Well said. This is the question of all questions. Let's hope they start making winning a priority, us fans deserve that.
  22. Do you really need to be convinced that a game played at the Rogers Center puts the Bills at a huge disadvantage compared to a game at the Ralph? Who the hell knows what would've happened had those games been played at the Ralph. Putting an end to this farce of a series should be an easy decision for all parties involved.
  23. Because the Bills suck on the road, because they have Thad Lewis at QB, and because they've never beaten the Pats in Foxboro... The Bills have nothing to play for (already eliminated) and the Pats have incentive to up their playoff seed. This marks the 9th consecutive losing season for the Bills. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Dolphins get whipped last week... but this is the Pats.
  24. No. He was supposed to be on the other side of the 6 foot wide white zone. He had a foot in the field of play. Too many men on the field? Are you serious? It should've been an unsportsmanlike penalty. 15 yards added from the end of the run.
