  1. Someone else into the injury tent. Looked like #68, but couldn't see for sure. Was too busy watching Tre dance.
  2. And to make matters worse he didn't even come close to throwing it out of the stadium.
  3. Josh. The only reason I'm still sitting here is to watch you throw the ball out of the stadium...
  4. I hope he's at practice!! I knew I wore my price jersey for a reason!
  5. Thanks for the feedback! Tonight's is actually at New Era Field with free parking - hopefully it's still a similar experience!
  6. Noticed that there are still tickets out there (free) for tonight's practice. Anyone attend this last year? The wife and I don't have much going on tonight and I was wondering what the atmosphere is like and if it's worth it to take a ride down to the stadium for a few hours. Thanks!
  7. Well done, Dr. House!! But we all know...its never lupus.
  8. While I agree with the "target Julio or AJ Green" comments, I think the price is going to be too high. With AB you were looking at limited suitors because of his previous actions. It was known that Pitt wanted him gone and there was limited offers on attempting to get him (allegedly). I think that's the only reason we even tried - kick the tires, get a great talent for not a lot of return due to the ego issues. With AJ and Julio, there's no "need" or "rush" to trade them by their teams. As a result, the price will likely be far higher. Just my opinion...
  9. It really was. Gotta love Colinsworth: "He thought he should take a shot, and honestly...I would have too!" Seriously?! The sensationalism is so out of hand with the guy. That was an absolutely awful decision by Mahomes.
  10. As an honest question to anyone who has watched the All-22: when we run a pass play over 20 yards, are our receivers capable of getting open? Again, serious question as I don't know the answer. Given the stagnant offense, I just don't understand why you don't keep pounding the ball and then take deep(er) shots to try to stretch the field? It's not like it could get any worse. The kid has a rocket arm, let him use it. What's the worst, a 50 yard pick? Our special teams isn't helping anyways. Just as good as a punt and we can't move the ball more than 8 yards any ways.
  11. Thinking the same exact thing. I know the D has been passive at times but Rodgers can make decent D's look bad. Given that they've only scored 19 and the D is on the field 75% of the time, it's at least a small victory for the D.
  12. Agree 100%. I mean, it's a newsworthy move if he's traded, but I wouldn't classify it as anywhere near a 9.5 on the Richter Scale as Thornton said above.
  13. Watched on TV instead of radio. Said there was no trade blueprint in place with the Giants for 2. Everything else is typical pre draft PR. Still very interesting though.
  14. Good points all around. Perhaps, if they covet both Darnold and Rosen, it gives them a little more wiggle room if they are only able to land one of the two. If Rosen is their guy and is there when they pick, perfect. But if he's not, and given that many evaluators think that Darnold needs to work on footwork and loopy arm delivery, this would give him the opportunity to sit and work on those issues without being pressured to start immediately and continue the bad habits. Not to say that Rosen is pro-ready immediately, but my untrained eye thinks he's more ready than Darnold.
  15. Love the signing, perfect situation for both the Bills and McCarron. Anyone else have a gut feeling that this means that we draft Allen or Jackson at 12 and that we may not expend any further draft capital to move up? I guess I'd be okay with it it, but man do I have a man-crush on Rosen. If we landed him, I'd be ecstatic.
  16. Man do I miss the days when you could import an NCAA Football draft class. Such a shame that game is gone because of the NCAA issues - now we have to deal with a bunch of Buck Fugger's!
  17. Weird, I don't ever recall referring to myself as an "expert". I must have also missed the memo that the number of posts that one has on a message board indicates overall knowledge on a topic in life, especially sports. I can't imagine how many posts Belichick has over on the Patriots message boards. Apologies that I don't spend the majority of my day posting responses on an internet forum. I've been here 12 years and browse this website everyday. Don't get me wrong - I wrote a "douchey" post, and deserved your response; I get where you're coming from overall, and I'll address those issues below, but you're just as guilty as I am for "blindly trashing" people if you're going to just assume that I'm an idiot based upon my post count and one emotional response to what I believed to be a troll topic. To those that criticized/corrected me politely, I do sincerely apologize. Obviously I was misinformed about the BBMB posters and if I offended anyone in that regard, I apologize again; it was not my intention and obviously, casually browsing some of these threads gave me some bad information on the BBMB situation. Again, my response to the OP was hardly "blind". The point in my response is that this team had, arguably, its best season in 17 years (with some help from the Bengals). No, we're not the Patriots so it's certainly rational to question some of the moves that this team has made, I get that. In conjunction, this IS a message board where people discuss and debate differing opinions on the team, I get that too. I'm not hating on anyone for questioning things that this team has done (or will do in the future) given our previous track record; but to literally stomp on EVER SINGLE move that a new GM has made when this team makes the playoffs for the first time in 17 years is such an obvious attempt at trolling. One move, sure - two or three moves, let's discuss - but every single one - including mentioning an Eric Wood's extension when he had a completely undiscovered neck injury until a few days ago?! Not to mention, numerous other injury issues which are nearly impossible to determine beforehand? Cmon, that's lunacy, I forgot that Beane was supposed to have a crystal ball. It's hating on our team just to hate; pure and simple. I have a lot of pride for what this team accomplished this year and it feels good to be a Bills fan again. CardinalScotts' reply was absolutely perfect, and like another poster said above, I couldn't have said it better myself. Obviously my response wasn't productive in any sense, so (based upon my own rationale) I'm just as guilty as the OP for trolling and polluting the board - and for that I do apologize again, not my intention - I come here for the football talk and knowledge that nearly all of you provide, not to take people down. The original post just really pushed my buttons and sent me over the edge at the time, stupid to reply the way that I did on my part. I truly am sorry for any of those that I did offend with my mis-information. Back to football talk...
  18. Begin rant. I haven't even read the rest of the thread yet but, seriously?! The influx of complete morons, which I assume is from the BBMB closing, is absolutely astounding. Here I am, thinking that the Sabres boards were bad. Nope. We make the playoffs for the first time in 17 years and the trolls are still here, and predominantly moreso. This might be my only post for the next 6 months because I don't post often, but honestly, how f'ing pathetic...utterly pathetic... is your life if you (a) get joy out of trolling a message board; and/or (b) honestly have this opinion after making the playoffs for the first time in 17 years and nearly beating an AFC championship team. It's like having your first child and saying "ugh, you're going to disappoint me so many times in the future with poor decisions, why did I even do this? Mistake." Get a freaking life. Too many of these posts lately. Rant over.
  19. I shaved off my mustache after the Ravens scored and when the dolphins recovered the onside kick and then laid down on my bed upstairs only viewing this message board until the Bengals game went to zeroes while my wife cheered alone downstairs with our friends.
  20. I don't think he really has a choice. Some people are just wired to be self critical and never settle, even if the result is pristine. I think it's a good trait to have. He'll never get complacent, he'll never be satisfied, even if he has a hall of fame career. It's a winner's attitude. I actually hope it's rubbing off on others. Dareus sure could use a dose of it. Just my two cents.
  21. Ball hit his hands. Good receivers make the catch, BUT he had a 3-4 yard diameter around him. Horrible pass.
