Does Murlarkey know that WM is on the team? I cannot figure out how Indy can use Rhodes and James, and we cannot figure out how to use WM and TH

We all can agree that TD has been the issue with this team. I am not even sure if the Bills are making money, so the economic part is probably minimum. Ralph might elect to just keep TD as GM but have more input into decisions....I just hope things change.

Why would ANY coach call a naked bootleg with Bledsoe at QB? Maybe with JP, Shane Matthews or Doug Flutie...but not Drew "Stone Feet" Bledsoe.

Do you know how each of those teams got out of the hole? Good GMs and/or hiring an EXPERIENCED head coach. Norv Turner, Denny Green and Steve Marrucci.... I would take any one of those three.

Has to be an assistant in Indy or SD that is mentored in the correct way to be a GM. Otherwise, I would look to a coach/GM type guy. Maybe MARV!

Bill thank you for those kind words. I wish I was wrong, and we were 3-0. I think what got me was how well the Steelers were doing after Donahoe left. And for what its worth, look at what AJ Smith is doing in SD after Butler died. There is something about the Polian/Butler strategy that seems to work. I wish Ralph could bottle it and give it to TD. I look at SD, and I was baffled that they took Philip Rivers when the had Drew Brees, a high draft pick himself. But they admit that he is not the long term answer and draft Rivers. I though that was why TD drafted WM, but in fact with WM riding the pine, it is clearly not the case.

Well said....I think we need to overhaul the roster this offseason with a new GM.

Sue, this is year 4 of the TD regime...we should at least see some sort of progress. This team is not better, might be worse than the team that Wade left behind.

This is not an issue of coaching...it is a GM who has drafted poorly, made some good FA acquistions, but failed to address critical areas of this team. Drafted a RB with the first round pick....had a top 10 RB Drafted a WR with the first round pick...had Eric Moulds Drafted DE's who cannot put pressure on a QB Drafted an OL at #4, who should be a guard, but still playing RT. Totally ignored the rest of the OL.

I doubtt Wilson would fire Mularkey...it would fire TD first.

Last I checked....Arizona is winning today. They have a coach is has his team ready every week!

I put the blame squarely on the shoulders of Tom Donahoe. He assembled a bunch of players that cannot gel as a team. If you listened to Tom Brady's press conference, he talked alot about giving his OL the credit...maybe TD could learn that OL and DL are important parts of a football team.

Here is the problem....Ichiro Suzuki will steal votes, though his team sucks. He will steal these votes from players like Santana and Vlad. My take is the MVP will go to Curt Schilling, since he deserves the Cy Young, and will not get it. Actually I am a Yankees fan, but reality is....Sox would not be in the playoffs without Schilling.
