It's worth noting that their three opponents are now a combined 1-8-2. They beat three bad teams. That's not to say that this is a bad thing, you're supposed to beat those teams. I want to see what they can do against better competition and on the road. We get both of those opportunities this weekend, one better team and one road game. And then there's monday...

I'm talking specifically about the fans though. They're going to struggle at times and I'm not looking forward to a lot of "the sky is falling" style comments when that does happen.

From the Dahlin point of view, I'd say this deal is just about perfect. He was never going to take a long term deal based off of his early struggles. He's going to go out there and prove himself so that the long term deal has much larger numbers attached to it.

I understand that the cast members have some creative control, but couldn't they have just stopped him from doing the jokes? Norm's on the air and can say what he wants if he really wants to, but the graphics guy is certainly going to bow to Lorne. Tell that guy he can't put up any more images of OJ and you've effectively killed the bit.

I've seen random interviews with this guy over the years. I don't remember what they said, but I never got an "I'm going to sue those bastards" vibe. I just got an invitation in the mail yesterday to my 21 year reunion (they couldn't do one last year). I would have considered it, but they only gave about 25 days notice, maybe it took a while to get here (NC). I haven't been in Buffalo since 2014 so I really do need to head back up there at some point.
