  1. I dont disagree that he might try to get up there but I think it will be difficult to get up there. Really the teams that would be willing to trade are maybe Atlanta, Chicago(if they don't want Odunze themselves), Tennessee(looking OT and can still get one at 28) and maybe if Odunze slips to 12 Denver is in play. Those seem like really the only options. I also think there is a good possibility that Arizona trades down but with NYG instead of Minnesota so they can grab another premium pick while still getting Nabers or Odunze at 6. I just see it as an unlikely road not impossible but unlikely. I would love Odunze as I have him as my # 2 WR. I was and am still on the McConkey train for the Bills as well. I just have a huge gut feeling that the pick is going to be Keon Coleman. The more I think about it the more he fits their model of person and he is different than what they have in the room. He does a lot of things the Bills would love. He's a hard worker, hes a great teammate, he's a leader in the Florida State locker room, he's a big WR that they don't have, he goes out of his way to block instead of just standing there. Those are the little things the Bills love. His greatest strength is YAC ability, something the Bills have struggled with and continue to struggle with so hopefully he would mitigate that issue. On top of that Keon Coleman is 20 years old and there is a lot of evidence that the Bills love taking younger players with their first round picks and Coleman definitely fits that mold as he'll be 21 years old when the season starts. He could be another interchangeable part for the Bills playing inside and outside the numbers and he is a good athlete as he played both D1 Basketball and Football. This doesn't include the fact that the Bills met with him at the Combine and then brought him in for a 30 visit as well. He's not my # 1 choice and maybe I'm looking too much into it but Coleman checks a lot of the Bills character and player arch boxes.
  2. They have visited at the combine and visited with Franklin, Worthy, Coleman, BTJ, and Walker. Supposedly McConkey has met 3 times but no combine or 30 visit so maybe pro day, senior bowl for him. Mitchell and Legette a Combine interview but no announce workout or visit yet.
  3. I know people aren’t going to like it but as we get closer my gut feeling is telling me it’s going to be Keon Coleman after a trade down. There is a lot there that fits Buffalo and their philosophy
  4. I guess I just don’t see it. There are 3 DEs in this draft who can be immediate difference makers and 1 of them has a neck fusion and could tumble. Just can’t see Verse or Turner dropping out of the top 15
  5. Maybe I have my head in the sand on this one , but where is the Verse dropping into the 20s coming from. I think he’s DE #1 over Turner and I think he’s going to Atlanta or Minnesota imo. I saw Schrager mock him to Miami not that I believe what Schrager says but I’m seeing it more and more and I’m like what?
  6. I don’t, I expect Mitchell to go in round 1 next week. It’s also the season of feeding media bull#### to get guys to drop that they like.
  7. There are a lot of teams who don’t have a traditional Z,X , Slot. Jaguars Commanders Rams Chargers had 3 X Receivers last year Dolphins Ravens didn’t have an X Bears Colts had two X WRs I could continue but you get the idea. This idea that you need to have a smaller guy and a bigger guy are so outdated. Someone else said it. Interchangeable parts that can play inside and outside to make defenses have to prepare for a multitude of packages and personnel
  8. The Bills aren’t going to take Burton unless they’ve had a major philosophy shift
  9. Amegadjie only played 4 games in 2023 as he had a season ending quad injury and hasn’t tested at all.
  10. Kiran Amegadjie OT Yale Zak Zinter OG Michigan JT Clark WR UTSA Laiatu Latu DE UCLA
  11. Bishop is my favorite safety in the draft. Might not be a great schematic fit as it stands now but a hell of a player. I actually like this draft if it were to play out this way
  12. Right everyone expects a clean 1,000 yard rookie who’s 6’3 210 pounds that runs a 4.3 who produced 3 years in college and expect them at 28 with no flaws. Rookie will be lucky to have 50 catches for 7-800 yards rookie year with the weapons the Bills have and yes they still have good weapons after Davis and Diggs departed
  13. he had Ryan Hilinski who wasn’t good and Rattler for two years. Bad QB play plays a part but 700 yards bad in 4 years? I bring this up a lot tho. If Qzb play was so bad than why did Juice Wells crush it with they same QB play
  14. Did I say he’s my guy? I just said the tea leaves would indicate it. Hes their type of player. I’m an FSU fan I’ve watched him a ton this past year. He’s a leader, a good blocker, a big bodied WR, gives maximal effort( all traits the Bills love). Beane while talking about explosive plays the previous two years talked about YAC something Coleman does really well. FSUs offense did him very few favors this year despite being 13-0. FSU ran go routes with Coleman and Wilson all the time and abandoned the middle of the field for long portions of games. I don’t know the reason for that was it because Jordan Travis felt comfortable with that stuff? Was it because they just had two big WRs who they felt could win? If you ran go routes all the time don’t you think DBs and coaches would catch on to that which might mitigate his ability to separate?
  15. Gee I speculated this weeks ago as a guy who used to work in college football. Highly athletic specimens don’t flounder for 4 years unless unless their dumb or they have a crappy attitude
  16. Visits, YAC ability, biggest WR in the first two rounds, very willing blocker, gives maximum effort all the time, type of person they draft. Coleman is a very explosive player and plays faster than his 40 time. He’s a high level two sport athlete. Too many people are pegging him on the 4.6 40 but got up to 21 MPH in his gauntlet drill
  17. I just don’t think he’ll be there. I think the WRs with special traits are gonna go but it would be interesting to watch him with Allen for sure
  18. The way the tea leaves are trending imo are Troy Franklin or Keon Coleman. I know that’s not popular around here nor am I saying they’ll be the pick at 28 but that’s the way it looking to me. There has been no indication of a private workout or top 30 visit with Legette to this point which doesn’t disqualify but I have to think they would bring in every WR they were severely interested in. Maybe it leaks out that they did bring him in
  19. Yup also a good call on Devonshire have to assume Pitt is since PSU was a couple years ago
  20. Good catch wasn’t sure if he was a FA or draft prospect
  21. So running down the list: 1. Marshawn Kneeland DT WMU 2. Khristian Boyd DT UNI 3. MJ Devonshire CB Pitt 4. Tez Walker WR UNC 5. Trey Benson RB FSU 6. Brian Thomas Jr. WR LSU 7. Troy Franklin WR Oregon 8. Ryan Flournoy WR SEMU 9. Jordan Morgan OT Arizona 10. Xavier Worthy WR Texas 11. Maason Smith DT LSU 12. Andru Phillips CB Kentucky 13. Keon Coleman WR FSU 14. Laiatu Latu DE UCLA 15. Cooper DeJean CB/S Iowa 16. Ruke Orhorhoro DT Clemson 17. Qwan’Tez Stiggere CB CFL Is there anyone I’ve missed for top 30s? Looks like we know about half of our visits so far so 13 more guys to go.
  22. He’s not lighter when it comes to playing weight. Murphy played at 308 and Newton at 295. Just because Newton packed on nearly 20 pounds for the draft process doesn’t mean they play at the same size. I highly doubt the Illinois website would me undersell Newtons weight like they do height for skill players
  23. I see two absolute underthrows where Mitchell had his guy beat, an inaccurate pass at the goaline that is a walk in touchdown if its on target and and overthrow on a wide open WR who was actually busting it.
  24. His production on tape is undeniable but he lacks a lot of the desirable traits that NFL teams want as a top guy. There are very few guys like Aaron Donald who make it at the level he did. Oliver was drafted 9th but I think most would agree he wasn't worth that pick 5 years in. He has been a good to great player at times but hasn't lived up to the elite potential. Its unfortunate but a lot of teams have minimums for their positions and if any guy doesn't hit them it doesn't necessarily mean their off the board but they do get dinged for it.
  25. Smaller size. He’ll be the # 2 DT off the board just because Murphy is bigger
