All the things I planned to do I only did half way, Tomorrow will be Sunday born of rainy Saturday. There's some satisfaction in the San Francisco rain, No matter what comes down the Mission always stays the same, come again. Walking along the in the Mission, in the rain.

I ask God to rest her soul and to provide solace during these times of sorrow.

Went to see the captain, Strangest I could find. Laid my proposition down, Laid it on the line. I won't slave for beggars pay, likewise gold and jewels, But I would slave to learn the way, To sink your ship of fools.

Who knows, maybe he would still feel the same. Sad indeed. -

What would you rather have?

Either way, that is a top 10 screen name in the history of this board. -
As a 50 + year Alabama Fan, I can't see any possible way for Jedrick Willis to go at #4. He is a good blocker but not a top 5 pick imo. He jumps quite a bit and sometimes at crucial times. He seems like a smart kid when he talks, perhaps he has concentration problems. I wouldn't be terribly surprised if he was there when the Bills pick at 22. We are not looking at Orlando Pace here. Jmo.

I knew a man that I did not care for And then one day this man gave me a call We sat and talked about things on our mind And now this man, he is a friend of mine Reach out in the darkness Reach out in the darkness Reach out in the darkness And you may find a friend

Who Is Your Least Favorite Bill of All Time ... and Why?
Bill from NYC replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Peters was great. He was one of the best players in the history of the franchise and they wouldn't pay him. I truly did enjoy watching him play!!! -
You better think twice, About leaving me behind, Make up your mind, About what you're gonna do. You, take my advice, Oh woman you got to choose, Take a little time, You got nothing more to lose.

Nobody could deny that Watkins is a talented player. My thing is that he cost too much to obtain. FAR too much, especially for a team that needed a QB. Whaley was a scout, and probably a good one. He was a horrible GM. If he was any good, he would have a job in the NFL. I would be utterly shocked if he ever gets another GM job. His poor body of work just stares you in the face.
-
Probably not and I hope that some apologists can now admit that he was an absolutely terrible draft choice, tons of talent notwithstanding. He cost us 2 first round picks and a 4th (for good measure I suppose), this on a team with huge problems at quarterback. To this day we hear about what a great "evaluator of talent" Whaley was. I was 100% against that trade and even I recognized how extremely talented Sammy is. It wasn't hard, but we gave away the store for him. Sammy was a flat out stupid draft pick/trade for the Bills and Whaley's time in Buffalo was marked by a lack of discipline and tossing away important draft picks. McBeane may have their issues mind you but I prefer them tenfold over Whaley.

Surf's up mm-mm-mm, aboard a tidal wave. Come about hard and join, the young, and often spring you gave. I heard the word, wonderful thing, a children's song. Heavy and disturbing lyrics my friends.

Woke up this morning with a wine glass in my hand. Whose wine, what wine, Where the hell did I dine? Must have been a dream, I don't believe where I've been, Come on, let's do it again.
