    And I was just kidding when I said Romeo Crennell -- rumors out of NE say that the Browns would love to hire him. Saints may be interested too. Forget Butch Davis. He is going to sit on his arse next year, collect millions from the Browns, then cherrypick from next year's openings.

    I've heard that mood swings and uncontrolled outbursts of anger, combativeness, or frustration for no apparent reason are often signs of steroid abuse. Or menopause.

    jonathan#34thomas: Couldn't you wait until the man's body was cold before starting a thread like this? Better yet, don't start it at all unless there is evidence that something like this is true. Let's wait for the autopsy results rather than smear White's reputation.

    Mike Golic just broke down in tears on the ESPN pregame show. correction: Mort said that Reggie White just had his 43rd birthday.

    Chris Mortenson just reported on ESPN that the great defensive end died of a massive heart attack. More details to come. Very sad news.

    USA's goalie Al Montoya hasn't had a great game. Fortunately the Russkies defense hasn't had one either. Chris Bourque doesn't have his father's size, but he's got a good pair of hands and good hockey sense. Goal and assist so far in his first WJC game.
