First win was Walsh’s team. Still won. Second win, Walsh was no longer with the team.

Defiantly debatable. Used him as a measuring stick. He was HC of the niners for 8 years, so believe he had something to do with building the teams. What about Tom Flores, he also won 2 Super Bowls. Getting a bit off topic...

Why are they the team of the decade? Seifert’s record was better than Johnson.

Agree. Johnson was 144-80 overall, .556%. George Seifert 176-114, .648. Both won 2 Super Bowls. Nobody ever speaks of Seifert being HOF and he arguably had a better coaching career than Johnson.

He did win a lot of games and a couple of Super Bowls. Just never thought of him as a HOF coach, especially with his dolphins experience.

Funny, was kinda wondering how he made the hall when that dude walked out. Levy did, and he didn’t win a Super Bowl so I guess I get it. Never thought of Johnson as a great coach.
