10/17 Chiefs at Titans 1 pm EST on CBS

Welp. Looks like Titans are for real. Plenty of time for KC to come back, but believe chiefs are done. Would be nice to not hear about them rest of the season. -
Which realistic trade options should the Bills target?

Nothing happening. Don’t see anyone that could be available that would step in and make a difference for this team. The only player that I believe makes a difference on this team is Henry. He certainly is not available. -
report- Empire State Development downtown stadium proposal

Lots of people tailgate. From what I’ve read, and the looks of the lot size proposed in Buffalo, seems tailgating would be greatly reduced near the stadium. Not a deal breaker, but would drastically change how I view my game day if I couldn’t tailgate. Right now, I’d put it at 50/50 if I’d renew without viable tailgating. it’s not about getting drunk anymore for me. Nuts about watching people have fun, a sense of community and us going with my son and friends. -
Wonder when conspiracy theorists will try and say this was a double murder. Hope the notebook brings closure to at least what happened, not necessarily why.

Public hearings coming on future Buffalo stadium

Just local government covering their backsides giving people the illusion they have a say. -
report- Empire State Development downtown stadium proposal

What you are basically saying is, “build it, and they will come”. Only reference I have is Niagara Falls, NY. One of the 7 wonders of the world, surrounded by wasteland. I know, it’s a harsh comparison. Whats interesting is watching these rehab shows where people buy large amounts of run down homes and rebuild neighborhoods. Is that happening on Buffalo? Is there a way to entice people to do that? That’s a more sustainable plan than forcing a stadium into a rundown area. Building a stadium isn’t the answer to rebuilding Buffalo. You’d need 24 x 7 x 365 entertainment to drive that type of a project. Not 8-9 home games a year with the hope of playoff games. Most importantly, there is no current infrastructure to handle 65k fans and their cars getting in and out of the stadium. The cost to build that infrastructure would kill the project. Sabres games have less than 1/3 the proposed capacity of the new Bills stadium, and it’s hell leaving games. Is OP perfect for ingress and egress? No, but drive times are not terrible. Lastly, any project that limits tailgating is nuts. To fill a new stadium with increased ticket prices, you need a reason other than te game to draw people..tailgating is one of them. Hoping for a Nashville type of atmosphere to pop-up near a new stadium is a pipe dream, either downtown, OP or wherever. -
Our RB’s are not that bad. If our line blocked a little better, you’d see a difference. If Daboll called more run plays, you’d see better run production. Can’t run every so often and expect a competent run game. Need to grind it out. We are a pass first team. O-line blocks that way, Josh plays that way and Daboll coaches that way. If we emphasized the run game, o-line and backs would be more in sync and get better production.

He was darn good when we originally signed him. Aggressive and a mauler. Whst the heck happened to him? Is it him? Or just overall bad line play makes him look worse?
-
Maybe a little. A lot of it is undisciplined blocking. If you don’t see the guys face, don’t block him. Shouldn’t matter where the return guy is, don’t block in the back. It’s the little things that win or lose close games. I hate brady with a passion. Thing is, he is an ultra-disciplined player and expects the best from his teammates. Can’t make mistakes when up by 20, and especially cant make mistakes trying to come from behind.

Would have left a ton of time on the clock if we scored on the KR. Is it crap coaching or undisciplined players (or both) on our special teams? Tired of penalties on what seems like EVERY kick return.
-
Another game to right their heads. Josh had got to be better in games our defense isn’t winning it. Missed a few plays that could have turned the game. Truly a game of inches.

Fudge!
-
Bleed the clock.
-
Always and forever a special team penalty. Jeebus.
-
Again. They let them score that. See any attempted tackles?? Preserve the clock.
-
They let them score to preserve the clock.
-
Bury the kick please.
-
Yep. Josh needs to take a snort of them smelling salts and relax. Game is ours if they just get methodical.
-
Last week they tackled everything. Lets see some of that on henry.
-
How is that a neural zone infraction??
-
3rd down play Josh needed to stay in the pocket. Maybe move to his left a little bit to open the receiver. He would have hit Beasley for a first. Instead he moved right and threw into a covered WR. Those few feet were the difference to throwing to a receiver Josh could have gotten it to, versus a covered receiver.

Double dip. Prefer 14. I’ll take it.
