  1. ...that'd be a yes. But then i do have a little ways to get there, i'm not leaving early! Also catch up with a lot of posters and folk from previous trips.
  2. McCargo is definitely one to watch in camp. Agree with the sentiments others have posted on him. Haven't heard or read much so any reporting of the interior of the line is appreciated. I think we should know what a Kelsay, Schobel and Denney bring, but the inside rotations and performance will be interesting to follow.
  3. Bryce Paup for a LBer. Mean Joe Greene...
  4. Lyle Alzado was.
  5. $519,000 isn't buying much here. For that amount, you'd could either to demolish and rebuild as it's be that bad. Or your neighbor would be about 1" from your property.
  6. Will "belinda" make it through another season...
  7. ... to play LE or RE?
  8. Wasn't Moulds in an incident like this from college?
  9. Don't drive in Oz then. Here in Victoria we are surrounded by cameras. The state government gets hundreds of millions from them. It's addicted to them. The tolerance or error is 3km/h. That is driving at 100km/h you can get booked doing say 104km/h. Yep. The trouble is that there are as many accidents now as before. Since seat belts and drink driving campaigns the state death toll which was 1000 in the 70's is now around 480-500 (horrific as it is), but hasn't gone down for about a decade. Go figure. People drive with their eyes glued to the speedo to avoid a fine. Perhaps, the recent tunnel accident was in part due to this fastidious need to not creep 3 clicks over in order to avoid the tunnel camera instead of looking through the windscreen to see a stationary truck? So as my dad would argue, they shouldn't drive at the speed limit. So he drives 80 on the freakin' freeway that's 100...aghhhh. Red light cameras have been shown to increase the rear end accidents for the reasons suggested. Oh, and all the cameras are run by private companies that get paid...yep...bonuses. So guess where they set up- bottom of hills, parked as unmarked cars on roadside, behind trees etc. If the job is to slow someone down, put a 2-cent (Aussie cop, as in what's the color of a 2-cent piece? Copper) vehicle there. Works everytime. Nothing works like being pulled over. Oh and I work at a road trauma rehab-hospital so i see the survivors of MVA very frequently.
  10. As it takes me 2 days and 35 hours to get there, I may miss this one 89. Can you let us know, as usual, how it goes. Always enjoy reading folks takes on these notes. Marv and Coach, great line up.
  11. Did you see that in the World Series of Cricket, Sri Lanka rested 3 of its stars so as to lose to Australia in the Quarter Finals as not to match up with Australia in the Semi Finals, whom they don't think they can beat. It's the same as tanking it. Not good.
  12. ...they released Brrrrrroderick. I had a friend in Rome. His name was Biggus Dickus. Do you find that funny centurion... Sorry, couldn't help myself
  13. Is this the Virginia Tech of BS?
  14. Have to say, Slayer is still an awesome live act. Intense from start to finish. No crap. No talking to the crowd. Just straight into it. Went for over 1:40. Played a lot from new album, i think... Jihad, Cult, Eyes of the Insane, Supremist, Skeleton of Christ and Flesh Storm. About 3 from "Christ hates us all"...including my favourite "Bloodline" and "War Zone" and the great, Dead skin mask, Angel, Reign... Awesome live concert. Seen all 3 concerts that Slayer have played in Oz and by far the best in concert...
  15. Happy to walk your dog draft weekend...
  16. The Saints had Ricky from 1999- all draft picks plus a 1st in 2000 and then took Deuce in 2001... (well, we all know Ricky now)
  17. ...maybe Dr Phil. Oh, no. If we're into celebrity makeover...what if the Queer Eye fellas (?) turn up to Buffalo...those that don't like the "clown" uniform are gonna go bananas at the new ensemble... Of even if "The Biggest Loser" trainers...Schobel, Denney and Kelsay have already dropped weight, leave the DT's alone i'd say, they're beefing up it seems.
  18. Where did Huff go?
  19. Did the Texans draft Reggie this time? Hell, if we're doing a "hindsight" draft... oh wait, what's the point again?
  20. Saving my pennies for next year. Hopefully all goes well for a return...and the Bills notch out another win for my trip. Did those photos that Mike took with Jimbo and me come out? Good bloke, Mike. G'day from Oz.
  21. Hammer, if enough Aussie Bills supporters chip in we may start up a consulate next door...
  22. Oh, I'm supposed to reply... "League sources say that we don't rate profootballweekly. League sources say that everyone at pfw are all girlie-men." Please, pfw should be embarrased to quote "league sources", they may as well start telling me the latest with Brangelina, Britneyand K-fed and other great, great journalistic stories, always prefexed by a "source close to"...
  23. G'day to Kenny too. One of the easiest people to meet at the lot at a Bills game, particularly coming from afar. G'day to Aussiew and R. as well.
  24. ...Though the Bills currently have five tight ends on the roster, none of them will conjure memories of . . . of . . . heck, have the Bills ever had a high-end tight end? For the passing game to be all that it can be, the Bills need an inside body who can get open and catch the ball. Maybe not utilising a high-end tight end, but the Bills did run a pretty successful offense called the K-gun in the late 80's that the author should look up.
