    Good points but I disagree with bolded. McDermott was hired before Beane and I believe he has a big say about the personnel on the team

    I don't agree with tearing this team down the way they have but you cannot fire these guys after this season.

    I sat through 1-13 and 2-14 seasons along with 4 Superbowl losses in a row. If i'm still here there is no final straw. Part of my life

    You can't compare this to baseball. Baseball teams have minor league teams all over the country developing players and getting them ready for the majors. Some players are in the minors 3-5 years before playing in the big leagues. Football players have to be ready to play in first 1-2 years....

    other teams have built on 8-8 and 7-9 records....no reason to tear it down this much....makes it that much harder to fix it
