    No it's not....difficult to go from 2-14 to 11-5....a competent GM should be able to add a few players to go from 8-8 to 11-5

    I would have liked McVay or Shanahan as coach because I prefer an offensive HC as opposed to a defensive one...and whoever is in charge of personnel for the Chiefs

    Talib, Peters and Suh will probably and most likely not be re-signed.....they will draft their replacements and sign others....I think the Rams will be ok

    The Pegula's....McDermott was hired before the GM and probably approved Beanes hiring

    They'll keep some and let others go....draft some replacements...it's what good teams do... Gurley just signed a big contract. The Rams will be fine.....teams know how to work the salary cap...keep the good young players...let the older ones go and draft well....
