  1. Typical for Castillo's scheme's, he's a week too late for the realization. For someone claiming not to be bitter, he surely came off like a soured lemon
  2. In a normal year, it's not too much. In a year when you're stockpiling picks to try to move up into top 5, it is too expensive.
  3. Don't know where you're getting your numbers, but he missed 8 games prior to 2017. Glenn has dressed for 30 of 48 games since 2016, and 24 of 32 if you take out 2017, plus he's also had a series of nagging injuries that have affected his play over the last couple of years. Durability and availability have been clearly important to McBeane in their decisions to shape the roster. I'm guessing they're not too thrilled with Murphy's playing status this year. But if you collectively look at Glenn, Dareus and Watkins, the lingering injuries were probably a huge factor why they were sent packing.
  4. That may have been their tactic heading into this season with a rookie and unproven Peterman. The strategy may be rethought now that they know what they have in Allen and what is best for his future development. As I've (and many others) said before, getting a top flight TE is much more important than a #1 WR at this point.
  5. Where did you see me post anything about removing all regulations from the health insurance market? You keep falling into the single payer claptrap that divines that the biggest problem with healthcare is the administrative and billing side as opposed to the medical care side. That 20% vs 2% administrative cost saving fantasy is pure baloney because it doesn't compare identical services that are captured by those costs. If you go to single payer, you will just shift that administrative expense to the government. If you are advocating for a full switch to a single payer system in the US you should be honest with the implications to the significant majority of US citizens and how they will lose access to their current levels of healthcare. PPP is a forum that knew very well that when somebody pronounced that if you liked your doctor you could keep your doctor, it was a bald faced lie.
  6. What is the acceptable level of healthcare rationing that you'd support in this scheme? One week wait? One year wait? Nobody has claimed that the current trend of healthcare costs and insurance premiums are sustainable at the current pace. But don't fool yourself that your proposal will be free of very severe drawbacks for the majority.
  7. Paradis wasn't really available in FA. He signed the tender that carried a 2nd round draft pick as comp. Even though the money was at bargain basement levels, Beane was not parting with the 2nd rounder and the QB not in the fold yet. With Pouncey, I have to believe that it was more of a "process: issue than anything else.
  8. Surprised you didn’t remember that he was on the OL coaching staff for your favorite Bills HC.
  9. That's the weirdest ski rack yet
  10. If there was any question about officials favoring certain teams, it was answered in the second quarter of that game with Gilmore covering Anderson.
  11. I think that Risto's trip was the same as the one that took Sam down. Still, they have to score with man up in OT.
  12. He's producing #2 stats playing as a #1. If the Bills had a bonafide WR on the roster, Zays stats would be in the deep depth range.
  13. This is the kind of thing that propels conspiracy theories. The official explanation does not match what people witnessed. If this was a quick arc flash like a bolt of lightning, there wouldn't be so many pictures of it. The NYPD reports of no fire belies this video
  14. No chance Trump winning the election was like a prohibitive underdog winning the Superbowl, and the fans of the losing team are still looking for the real reason they lost. It's impossible to admit that your team screwed up, there has to be an alternate explanation. That's why no matter what Trump did or does after November 2016 would change the narrative of his detractors, including most of the media.
  15. You're closer than you think. BTW, this Rosen is one of the pre eminent journalism professors
  16. Why don't bring up the many more Bills' 2nd round WR busts in your history lesson? Funny how Zay looks a heck of a lot more like Reed's 2nd round draftmate than Reed himself. Too bad Zay isn't an all-pro special teamer either to try to salvage his career.
  17. Since you are a student of history, please tell me of another instance where in a war with external enemies, a regime decided to start wiping out its OWN citizens. Tell me of another situation when a country diverted scarce war-time resources away from the war theater to continue wiping out a tangential civilization that posed no military threat to that regime in that war?
  18. I wish people would stop comparing Moulds' first two seasons to anyone else. He was in Levy's dog house, but there was zero question about his ability to catch the damn ball.
  19. Merry Christmas to all of you gentiles ?
  20. With two games worth of tape, these guys were exposed for what they are. If you think that Bills wideouts are only missing one player, you're delusional. Zay's production only comes when the defenses don't care about him. Foster is the No. 1 only because the other guys are hot garbage. McKenzie is no more than a #5 guy. Bills need 3 new wide outs and 2 new TEs.
  21. I'll hold off judging an NFL OC whose leading talents were Matt Cassell, Brady Quinn, Matt Moore and Colt McCoy. Judging this season is solely based on whether he placed his players in a position to succeed. It's hard to argue the question of whether the Bills' offense suffered far more from lack of execution rather than piss poor design.
  22. Funny how a guy who apparently sucks was on Belichick's OC short list if McDaniels took the job in Indy.
  23. There's rightful criticism of a coordinator whose talent laden squad has come up empty when the chips are down. A top 5 DC rarely gets play calling duties stripped from him. Daboll's OC experience can only be described as the perfect confluence of landing in spots where the offensive personnel is not NFL worthy.
  24. Care to compare the quality of players on both sides of the line?
