A friend of mine in Philly would corroborate this assessment of Kolb....he ends every Bills conversation with, "just watch....he's a kitty".

I think this a good assessment plus or minus 2 games...at best, a .500 team and at worst, a legit bottom 5 team with some nice, new pieces in place....

Yes business's rely on you and customers like me count on you....It all works together nicely in the grand scheme of things....

Granted I have been with Direct TV for 11 years and I purchase their premier package, (over priced I know), however, every (yes every) August I call them and we negotiate $30 off my bill per month for the next 12 months and free NFL ticket with redzone package...and all I ever have to agree to is a 12 month commitment. Like I said, out of the box, I pay for their premium package, 2 DVR's and 4 HD receivers, so they are making money, but for what amounts to $130 per month for all that and the ticket, how can you say no?

Damn, I'd like to be a pauper on the NFL owners club...though, if an owner is in it (at least partially) for the money, moving the franchise is a smart investment move....

A couple of things here. Compared to the other QB's taken in this last draft, my understanding is EJ has lapped the field, so it would be safe to say he justified being the 1st QB selected right? That said, I don't think his performance merits high fives and ass slapping just yet. His first 2 drives gave more pause for concern than excitement. Pre-season game 3 - he does it there, then we are on to something...

Perhaps I am not as optimistic as others, but I think Manual did not do any harm to Kolb. While with more zip, his passing was reminiscent of Capt Checkdown....let's see how he looks after 3 preseason games before we go cutting the only proven vet on the roster.

I project a total and complete return by Dareus to near dominant status. I normally don't get overly exciting about anything, however, I truly believe he will have an All Pro type season for the Bills. The odd part - I believe the media will attribute as much of it to the new D scheme as it will to Dareus's abilities....Perhaps they can share in the glory....

I was wholly expecting the Bills to be 30-32 at best, but found them way early at #23....Not sure it means anything, but interesting to see nonetheless... #23 Buffalo Bills: (C.J.
