  1. Losing is one thing - losing and showing NOTHING is totally another. This team was supposed to be about attitude and smash mouth football. The ony smashmouth is on Bledsoe from having is ass beat yesterday. Face it - it's the same trash we all denounces last year. Take the blinders off and demand chnge you passionless spineless wet sock!
  2. I heard a lot of playoff talk in August - now reality has slapped everyone...
  3. I would give anyone the Bills +14 on the game - any takers on the DFW area?
  4. It's about time - you should have been heeding the war cry in August when some ingenious Bills Fans of the New Millenium were calling for TD's ass on a one way trip out of Bills. I can't name the prior genius', (though I should have joined their fan clubs), however, if I recall correctly, they were demanding TD be shown the back door of one bills drive. Why you say - let's recap * Poor player personnel decisions. Mike Williams...God bless it - the man SUCKS. Coy Wire - stop it! McGahee...Boy he's making us forget about passing on Anquan Bolden or a capable lineman. Bledsoe - looking more and more like a bomb placement by the Patriots...(In fact, someone slap a blowpop wrapper on TD). Sure the man can drum fan support to sell season tickets, (a big part of owning a team), but that trick wears off fast...At least with some people who keep track of 3 year performance... * Poor coaching evaluation - I hate to say it, but GW had better crudentials coming in the MM. As some SI writer wrote - while watching pittsburgh play the past few years, how many times did you catch yourself saying - "wow, what a creative offense!"? I could go on and on, but the fact is, TD is not going anywhere and the Cowboys will get a top 5 pick from their trade last year...
  5. Does everyone still think they can keep up with the Pats? I remember on Firday there was a lot of optimism on how the Bills could trounce the Pat's from what we saw on Thursday...Everyone still that optimistic? I personally am feeling better about the Bills chances today...The only thing they need to do is learn how to win again...let's face it, winning was not driven home much in the past 4 years...
  6. And I have to say - they look better than I thought... - I know MM made a couple of suspect calls, but I really thought that was the best coached Bills game I have seen in 4 years. - The LB corp is amazing. I think Posey is average at best and would not mind seeing Crowell or someone else tried in there - but I think Spikes and Fletcher more than make up for it. - The D-line was better than advertised. - The O-Line did not cost the game - in fact, as the game went on, the run blocking got better. - Henry and McGahee co-existed and worked effectively. - Bledsoe looks more discplined and focused. - Moulds looks...well like Moulds is supposed to look. In the end, I really thought they were going to lose today anyway, but I see some signs of encouragement. I think they are still going to come in 3rd in the AFC East, but they will be an entertaining watch and may upset a team or two along the way...
  7. The Bills will win if - the defense forces Leftwich to beat them. If Fred Taylor and Greg Jones can be stopped, the Bills should be able to pull out a win - something low scoring - 13-10 give or take 3. The Jags win if - they can run the ball effectively and work in the play action. If this happens, look for the Jags to win going away - 24-13. Hate to say it, but I think this is more realistic as Wire will bite often on the playaction and get caught out of position...
  8. I think you're right - maybe even a little more generous than I would give. Given the fact we play into their strengths, it could be a long and boring game...
  9. IN LA - Rancho Park is not bad + you might see a celeb or two there. About 30 min outside of the city - Industry Hills has 2 great courses.
