At first I was confused when he showed up in #25 in some of the highlights. Now I see that it was an honor that he earned. I am VERY excited to see the impact he has on this Defense!

The offense will depend on our QB play, among other things, but I DO believe our defense will be even better this year.

I voted “ability to read a defense” because honestly, that is a concern for any QB coming out of college. Can you adjust to what pro defenses will throw at you.

I completely disagree with this, but it doesn’t really matter in the long run. We still got 2 potentially great players in the first round as well as others with great upside in the following rounds. Do you believe everything you read? His accuracy issues are overblown in my opinion. He made some big time throws in that video and if that doesn’t get you at least a little excited about what he COULD be, then you are trying too hard to dislike him. On a side note, I love that a vast majority of these TD’s are thrown into the end zone as opposed to being created by a stud receiver with lots of YAC. He hit some tight windows.

Why is being outed embarrassing? I would assume it would be, because you do not get to control the message yourself.

I was more referring to the process of being outed than his possibly being gay. But again, pure speculation on my part. for the record, I am a fan of his and would have loved it if the Bills had gotten him.
