  1. A very lackluster to poor preseason at best however he did show good ability to get sacked. Sure that’s a great signing smh. I’d rather have DiNucci or that A. Brown guy.
  2. All i know is that TE’s take a beating out there and the more good ones you keep the better you are. They will get dinged up
  3. I’ll jump on the “Told ya” bandwagon, lol. i thought it was a no brainer based not only on games but what he showed in practice. Such a great accomplishment for a local high school guy. That’s the dream of every HS player in WNY. The UB angle is cool too, but other guys from UB are on the team and around the league …and will be in the future.
  4. Need some news on Joe A. I want that official. Some chatter on First Things First that Gore Jr. will (should) have a few teams lining up to sign him.
  5. Ah man, i was rooting for Gore Jr., but i get it. Maybe this won't be the last time we see him here. Who knows?
  6. Durability is part being a good NFL player. That has to be factored in.
  7. Interesting. It's guys like Shavers that are hyped up in camp and then when he gets cut everyone is triggered. But the reality is, the 6th receiver or whatever are not gonna be the difference between the Bills getting to the playoffs or not. There are WR's getting released today across the league who are better than Shavers.
  8. As an out of town Bills fan, yes i got it for the 24th straight season. Expensive but whatever.... convenience and I get to see what i want.
  9. I drafted Shakir LAST year as a sleeper and it worked out. This season I don't think he's a sleeper at all anymore. People who play FF definitely know who he is and what he can do.
  10. That 3rd stringer for Washington, Trace McSorley, has bounced around the league a bit. Every time i see him play for a few series he's always balling. Looks pretty good to me as a backup.
  11. I watched the interview the other day of Anthony Brown after his first practice. You could tell he wasn’t going to get real comfortable w Buffalo. But he was trying to learn the terminology for this one game vs Carolina. I kinda figured it was a one game audition for other teams, which he might have been appreciative to get.
  12. He’s a UDFA and inexpensive. He’s shown ability and instincts and even called the defensive schemes so he has intelligence. What’s the risk of making the team? if somehow he fails to get better and sucks, they can release him in 2 seconds. But the odds are he will be a much better and more polished LB by mid season than he is now.
  13. Being 100% honest, I've seen enough of the Bills no-name practice squad QBs to do an injury settlement with Trubisky and send him packing. I'm sorry but Mitch brings nothing to the table. Either of the guys yesterday can carry the water jug. or maybe someone gets released this week who the Bills really like.
  14. McD has said he’s done a great job. On the broadcast yesterday they quoted Beane as saying not all players have their great practices translate to games but Andreessen has done both. I think it’s a done deal.
  15. Andreesen makes the team and i don’t think it will be particularly close. He’s shown the ability and instincts. He only gets better and smarter from here.
  16. I hope Andreesen makes it. I’ll be kind of irritated if he doesn’t. This is as raw as he will be and he shows good instincts and ability already…and will only get better. He’s young, inexpensive and hopefully durable (which some of the LBs are not proving to be).
  17. Either that or Buffalo plays the ultra-vanilla scheme in preseason compared to our division mates
  18. Sorry to hear this. What kind of headline is that, "Crucial"?!? Maybe it is for the fringe players barely hanging on in the NFL, but for Josh Allen this game is less meaningful than a May practice session.
  19. There’s even an example from today. The Commanders traded for Case York of the Browns. This after they released Dustin Hopkins after a few games of the 2023 season because he supposedly sucked. And then Hopkins was picked up by Cleveland only to kick so well he won the job and got an extension. And Washington is on their 3rd or 4th kicker since. Cmon pay attention to the league. They don’t call it the kicker carousel for nothing.
  20. A wing reviewer (from Maryland) that shows up on my IG feed went to Buffalo to review the wings of course. He also did a review of Mighty Taco since it’s such a Buffalo thing to try. He thought it sucked, actually said Taco Bell was better. That hurt. I haven’t been to Mighty in a while, hope they haven’t gone as downhill as it sounds.

    Matt Araiza

Just annoying that Buffalo gets the full scale Condemnation from Mainstream news, NFL fans and the Social media world for drafting Araiza. KC? nah, great signing guys, you are such a smart and wonderful organization!
  22. No disinterest here.. but i do think this will be a different kind of season. I don't sense the same pressure is on them as previous seasons whey they were Super Bowl darlings of the media. The Bills all know they have to break in some new players...get chemistry, get healthy, etc.. I think they will play solid football and will be underdogs in several games (which i always like). I do think when they have cap space in Spring 2025 they will sign some better players and absolutely be strong again. So if they sneak into the playoffs this season that's gravy for me. I think they will.
  23. Just gonna have to suck it up and hope for the best w TBass. We've seen this movie with the Bills and all over the league. Kicker "A" who has proven to be pretty good if not very good, hits some bad times...maybe his confidence wanes. He gets released. Meanwhile the team picks up an aging journeyman kicker off the scrap heap (or maybe an unproven free agent) who ends up being worse than Kicker A. and the cycle continues....maybe for a few seasons. Meanwhile Kicker A is picked up ASAP by another desperate team going through similar kicker issues. For whatever reason, he gets his confidence back, kicks well and gets an extension. And the original team is left thinking, Hmmmm maybe we should have just rode it out.
  24. If Allen stays healthy they still have a good chance to get in, and that's all that matters. No matter how much people want to slander the WRs, Allen will get the ball to them and the TE's. There will be plenty of pass catchers. The Oline is pretty good and the RB depth actually looks sneaky good compared to how they are being thought of nationally. The D may bend but hopefully doesn't break to pieces. The other teams in the NFL won't be 100% healthy either. Just enjoy the season and if it doesn't go our way, look forward to 2025 which will be a good one.
  25. The injuries suck. But we still have Allen and some talented dudes. Let’s face it, other than Bills fans no one cares about the injuries on this team… and we don’t care about the injuries of our opponents. Whoever is out there needs to ball out.
