I think you go with someone has started recently and wants to start. Moore has been a backup for the last few seasons and is probably content with that role, especially being that he is in Miami. Best option is to trade for either Foles or Bradford but the price should be a low pick. Bradford of course is an injury risk. As for a free agent, I like Locker (injury risk too) but if healthy is a legitimate contender and will compete with Manuel for the starting gig. Hoyer and Sanchez would be alternatives, maybe even Mallet or Gabbert who are both young and could turn it around. Gabbert played for the 49ers last year.

My top choice would be Schwartz for many reasons: (1) continuity (2) players like playing for him (3) Comes from the Belicheck family tree so he has the connections (4) top coaches failed at their first gig, like Belicheck and Carroll so why not Schwartz? Alternative choice would be Rex Ryan just because he is animated, players like him and he knows the AFC East well. Plus, the rivalry with the Jets would be amazing, Marrone vs Ryan. Def. a Monday night matchup. I think Frank Reich is too green for HC but would be a fantastic choice for offensive coordinator/assist head coach.

Regarding Rivers, i think the concern is that they probably could have gotten him for cheaper. I understand that 2.5M is guarantied which seems high. Hopefully he proves many wrong. Really like the Graham signing. Chris Williams looks like an upgrade even though there may have been better options out there for guard, the guy from KC for one, who signed with the New Jersey Giants.
