Oftentimes when introducing someone you ask them how they would like to be introduced. Regardless of how positively Pegula considers this I think it's likely that McDermott asked for that.
I found it encouraging that Tyrod chose to be there rather than avoid the team in the midst of a weird time job security-wise for him. Kudos to him for showing some maturity.
The ability to speak in public means very little with regards to intelligence. Some of the smartest people I've ever met have had social anxiety or severe speech impediments. I think you would be surprised at how off-base your statement is.
Once this country moved from a production/goods economic model to a services model the ability to be articulate and to "sell" became outrageously overvalued. The ability to "sell" or speak well in public does not directly correlate to intelligence.
Tell us about the playoffs Sean, what's it like to win?
Looks like he doesn't want to wrinkle his shirt and jacket and doesn't really like dressing up for the most part.
I disagree completely. This whole statement comes off as entitled. You are entitled to watch the Bills and root for or against them. You are not entitled to whatever information you deem important. This is the problem with losing franchises, people have nothing real to cheer for so they make up stuff to care about.
Agreed. Smart to go with Tim Graham too, now TBN can't be salty about a lack of access and if the criticize the Pegula's statements they're also criticizing their colleague who interviewed them.
Curious as to why a Pats fan spends half of their work day trolling Bills fans on a Bills board? What's the story here?
Pegulas don't view the media relations as critical to Whaley's job. I'm glad they confirmed what I've been saying here all week. "If people think his press conferences are a disaster every year, but we start winning, who cares?"
Ok, fair enough.
FWIW, Mike Smith re-upped with Tampa. Chargers job is basically down to Lynn, Toub and Patricia and Lynn is the only one with a callback so far
Bro are you legitimately suggesting they will get rid of the #1 pick from LAST year's draft this year? I find that highly unlikely no matter who drafted him
Yep, I completely agree with this. You can't be a jerk unless you're winning. Do you have an impression that he doesn't LIKE talking to the media or is there a chance he's just socially awkward? Cause the latter would make a lot of sense and go a ways towards explaining why he apparently constantly has interpersonal conflicts.
