    If this is the case then it was a mistake to let Lynn walk and hire McDermott. I really like McD, but you cannot doom an entire unit to suck before the league year has even started and I am confident that we would suck with Olson as OC.

    The purpose of a fan message board is to debate and discuss our team. If your response to anyone who disagrees with you is merely to tell them they are not a coach, I suspect you will not enjoy the conversation here. +1 Olson is a bad play caller. I watched a few Jags games when he was OC and the playcalling was painful.

    +1 Plus we are already overpaying a #1 TE. This seems like a luxury pick on a team that will likely need to pick up 2 lbs and 3 dbs just to field a competitive team next year. That's not even touching the QB issue.

    I doubt Marrone was allowed to say no to this interview. Fortunately, St. Doug's keen mind for analytics will make this a marriage sent from heaven. I imagine Chip will start off every morning bringing Doug his special shake and Coughlin his Ensure.

    I sincerely hope we don't trade away a first rd pick for a guy that is going to be hanging up his cleats soon. I think you'll find Kizer rises higher than he should because his measurables at the combine will be better than most.

    I tire of this internet tough-guy attitude. Saying "I don't like these guys and my idea is better" without actually proposing any actual names and giving reasons to back up your "new is better" proposal is a bit ridiculous. Probably best to remember that the guy who clamors for that shine box winds up in the trunk.
