  1. In that case, having just gone back and read most of your past posts, I would think you would find tremendous value in Shady
  2. I always find it sad when losing teams pretend like they're winners through some token "moral victory." Moral victories are what losers prop themselves up with so they can sleep at night. This was a losing team, they laid goose-eggs at huge moments in games and rarely ever rose to the occasion all. You expect me to all of a sudden believe some hypothetical meaningless stand in week 17 has actual significance? A loser is a loser. That team was Rex to a t - all flash no substance. I'm glad we stuck EJ out there and got an earlier pick.
  3. 10: R1P10 LB REUBEN FOSTER ALABAMA 44: R2P12 S BUDDA BAKER WASHINGTON 75: R3P11 WR COOPER KUPP EASTERN WASHINGTON 156: R5P12 WR NOAH BROWN OHIO STATE 171: R5P27 CB AHKELLO WITHERSPOON COLORADO 195: R6P11 QB CHAD KELLY MISSISSIPPI
  4. Well I'm not in favor of the Watkins trade either. That alone makes me wish we had another GM
  5. I still want OJ Howard/Mike Williams in rd 1 and Budda baker in Rd 2
  6. You've gotta love the commitment so many people on here have to being miserable that they actually manufacture reasons to be negative about this innocuous bit of info. I swear, they could report that coach plays with his kids and is a family man and one of you guys would complain that he's not in the office watching tape within the first five responses.
  7. You keep my woman's name off your lips
  8. There are a good number of solid posters who came over from bbmb. There are also some I could do without...
  9. Next year's class is a good class. I would take the top 3 QBs in that class right now over any of the QBs from this year's draft
  10. INcapable of spelling. Topic sounds like an Irish castle
  11. This is certainly a LOGICAL possibility You know John posts on TBD. Is there a particular reason you felt you should tweet at him rather than ask him a question in a less public forum? Methinks thou doth protest too much. I feel like PTR has a poster of JW up in his room, a hand drawn version of Wawrow's twitter pic where half his face is covered by a cd THIS Thanks JW. Most of us, those who are not secretly pining for your validation, understand that you have a job to do and you require verifiable facts in order to do it.
  12. This is definitely a possibility. LaCanfora is not a reliable source and this could just be speculation. Wawrow noting that the pre-draft luncheon is a huge departure from the way things have generally been done in the past is significant, but it doesn't necessarily mean Whaley is getting fired. Pegula hasn't been the owner for 17 years, so that fact could mean even less than it's being made out to be. Pegula DID say that he employs a GM to win games, not to "win" a press conference. This could be a case of letting Whaley do what he's good at and letting the HC, who is much more comfortable dealing with the media, be the face of the organization. I mean this IS what the team told us there would do a while ago. It is also entirely possible that as McD's influence grows, Whaley is less assured of his job. The point is, we don't really have enough information to deduce anything and everything being said is pure speculation. Yes, logic. You should recognize the word, it's the thing that is missing from the majority of you posts and opinions
  13. Have you seen entourage? This guy strikes me more as his Turtle
  14. Sam Ponder just threw out all of her open-toed shoes
  15. You're well aware that you're promoting a logical fallacy just to tweak people's noses right? The fact that RR was fired does not necessarily mean that LaCanfora's assertion was correct at the time that he made it. It is entirely possible for both LaConjecture to be incorrect and Rex to be fired for reasons related or unrelated to making the playoffs.
  16. Agreed. All signs point to the fact that we're not exactly dealing with a titan of intellect though
  17. Whaley is good at finding bargain basement vets, he is not particularly skilled at trades or the draft.
  18. He's younger. It's probably more
  19. That's what she said
  20. Come on bro. I think someone who came in 2nd in tackles in the NFL may have a little easier job at growing and adapting his game to be a competent 16 game starter than a rookie.
  21. NO. This is a terrible idea. If there is no one worth taking at 10, then there is absolutely no one worth wasting a FUTURE 1st rd pick on to trade up. We need MORE picks, not less.
  22. Agreed, I like Holmes but we need better competition at WR
  23. I'd prefer to have someone with some upside at backup. We've already seen the best of what Kaepernick can be, he has lost like half his muscle since that time and is just not the QB anymore
