  1. They are called the Nattering Nabobs of Negativity. They work hard for that distinction, please do not remove that honor from them
  2. This is EJ's replacement for 3rd and short
  3. They aren't even remotely the same type of player.
  4. This guy was a beast on ST and a leader in the locker room, you clearly have zero football knowledge
  5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2uN28EJRlA
  6. This is not Janoris Jenkins baseline info. This is using Janoris Jenkins as a launching pad. This kid wants $14M +
  7. I believe there was a mention of a Dave & Busters a few years back?
  8. This thread is fake news
  9. Cause they're not in the locker room anymore
  10. Agreed. Whaley and TT both deserve some props for this, it's the best move for the organization. This isn't the greatest show on turf, so people will complain.
  11. I AM sorry that this news is hitting you so hard. You're going to have to find a way to find some peace though bro, I feel like this is actually physically painful for you, lol. No, I don't disagree with you there and I don't think you're dumb. I just think this is the best short-term solution for a team who thinks he's good enough to start RIGHT NOW. I'd rather have him here than sign some old has been off the street for MORE money than we have him here for. This National media doesn't care about Buffalo other than to have them around as a punching bag. We deserve most, but not all of this. Also, it's kind of douchey towards the fans of that team who actually follow them so they can listen to sports THIS is ridiculous. ALL of them would have bene significantly more expensive than TT. Cutler is garbage and a has been, Romo is brittle and frail and has like 2 years left in him and Cousins is making 24M this year as a mediocre QB. Some people whine just to whine. Don't derail his narrative, he's on a roll TT for less money is the second best case scenario here. Best case would have been starting a rookie or Cardale this year to see what they had. Instead, they kept an incumbent starter who may still have upside, opened up more cap space and can still draft a young QB to sit behind TT and develop, which all the QBs in this class would need anyway.
  12. The one argument I see that should be made is that people's actions have a direct repercussion on others in the NFL because it's a contact sport. In baseball if someone juices, they're running faster or hitting a ball harder. In football, they are taking those enhanced bodies and slamming them into other people who may not be similarly enhanced. I don't care about baseball players juicing. If they want a competitive advantage at the expensive of their health, it's their problem. But in football you're not just taking that risk on yourself, you are now forcing others to deal with the repercussions of your actions.
  13. Not mandatory, but polite. If you're going to post something it takes 2 seconds to search and see if you're repeating someone else's post. This isn't a rip on the OP, who is new, it's just my opinion on the complaint
  14. Looks like Stevie is pining for us https://twitter.com/DelReid/status/839437348127531008
  15. This only works for teams who have the cap space to do that though and you're going to pay far less for a star RT than a star CB.
  16. You build teams from the lines back. A good Oline enhances any offense, not just one with a pocket passer.
  17. I'd honestly probably stop rooting for the team for as long as he is on the roster if they drafted Mixon. The guy completely caved in a woman's face.
  18. I'm going to disagree because it seems like you're using general philosophies to address specific issues. I don't think you're accounting for the shift in how defenses are keying on weak RT play and shifting strong pass rushers to the right. you can't just get by with a good LT and a serviceable RT anymore imo. Also, there is no problem drafting for need when the draft lines up with your needs. If this were a weak CB, S class then yes, I would be clamoring to sign those positions as FA, but it's not. We can fill positions of need with the strength of this draft. I'd rather have Lattimore/Baker than Bethea/Verner
  19. You're honestly saying that a good Oline doesn't change the QB situation?
  20. We've been quite poor at that position for years. The draft is strong on CB, LB, S, DL. Why would you force yourself to use a pick on a RT with only 6 picks in this admittedly deep draft. You can't run an offense with a porous Oline. How many of our runs to the right HAD to involve a pulling guard because we had to compensate for Mills?
