  1. That 100% correct. It was the first time the NFL did throwbacks and I was excited to see the Bills uniforms of my youth. While other teams wore great throwbacks. The Bills and Jets just slapped a logo on their existing helmet. To cheap to do the real throwbacks. It sucked.
  2. It's both coaches and players. The RPO should have been practiced and practiced to nauseum in practice. Evidently it wasn't because it looked like they'd never seen it before. STAY IN YOUR LANE! I should have been screamed all week long. Do your job!. But I also find it nearly impossible they didn't drill it in to their heads, so they players just ran on instinct and their preparation.
  3. I went to a Bills Cardinals game in the desert and couldn't have been treated nicer. Their fans were friendly, talked nice about our team and showed 3 Buffaloinans a great weekend. No surprise and would love to go back.
  4. I hope it does come down to week 17 and a Bad Ass Lake Effect Buffalo snow storm. I bet Tua Tagovailoa has never even seen snow, more or less played in it. He'll crap snowballs.
  5. I second Chris Spielman. He was the epitome of a blue collar player and a great quality guy. I think with Spielman the 1998 team wins the Super Bowl but he showed just what a great human he was giving up his dream to take care of his wife. His two years here will never be forgotten.
  6. The Bills should from now on only draft quarterbacks who's first name starts with the letter "J" Jack Kemp Joe Ferguson Jim Kelly Josh Allen Any other letter should be ignored.
  7. I remember this show kicked off ESPN classic channel. I thought it was great to profile our city our fans and our team. Sadly so many of those great Bill's fan are no longer with us. I miss Tim Russert, Van Miller, Jack Kemp. I am now 62 years old and I too spent my childhood roaming the Rock Pile, standing in Rich screaming JUICE, JUICE JUICE And riding the highest of highs and than lowest of lows with Jim, Bruce, Thurman, Andre and the team of the 90s I hope this is the time to start that new chapter for the younger fan and also give us old guys the story book ending we dream of.
  8. "Heck of a win men!" "Stay hungry now men, stay hungry!' "That's heart men, HEART!" Seriously he says the same thing everytime. I get more inspiration from Sean Astin doing Knute Rockne in Rudy.
  9. The 52 yarder was so wide it came through my living room knocking over a lamp.
  10. While it's Billy Dee Williams playing Gale,. Gale's words and his relationship with Brain Piccolo has stayed with me since I saw Brian's song 50 years ago. Two men who transcended football.
  11. Ziggy Ansah is still out there and is a quality pass rusher who for the right deal I'd like to see the Bills sign.
  12. Every time he touched the ball today he did something with it. Put us in good field position with almost every return. I think we'll see him break one this year.

  15. A teachable moment? Yes. "Racism bad, very bad!" "OK Jake, we all good?" Yep!
  16. Thank you. It is a great memory. The Bills were a big part of our lives since 1966
  17. Yes Jets -Bills in Detroit 2014.It actually was a very cool experience. They had the Bills logos on Ford field. They played the shout song. There was a large turnout of Bills fans and it really did feel a bit like a Bills home game, plus we crushed the Jets!
  18. Last day I spent with my brother was Bills Vs Seahawks in November 2004 and the Bills crushed them. It was a great day.
  19. Yes I have, in 1992 the Bills played the 49ers on Sunday night. As we flew it we noticed stadium lights on. Found out the Raiders were playing the Chiefs. Got our rental car. Bought two scalper tickets and went to the Chiefs- Raiders game. When that was done we headed over to the Bills -49ers game. 2 different stadiums but a double header in one day
  20. It was definitely different times. People brought cases of beer in. But even at Rich stadium in the early 80s you could bring anything in. A group of about 10 of us used to go to games and buy a ticket for our 10 gallon Igloo cooler of vodka-icetea and tape the ticket to it and it had it's own seat. It was crazy times Many in the 90s. 49ers, Raiders, seahawks to name a few
  21. Yes actually in Buffalo at War Memorial Stadium on Dodge st. It's funny how you can such fond feelings about the worst stadium ever in the AFL-NFL.
