  1. Martin Rucker was signed by the Cowboys two days ago. Damn.
  2. can they wait though? Bwaaahahaha!!! (evil laugh) Yeah, more than likely someone gets cut on another team and they go that route.
  3. Trade them Fitz for something. He knows Martz' system. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...ckup-to-cutler/
  4. He's not going to be a world-beater, but I think he COULD develop into a nice possession receiver. He's everything Hardy isn't so far.
  5. When you're drunk maybe! Pontillos Pizza all the way man!
  6. Yes, and it's due to him being FAT! That DL Geno Atkins has has a good night though. Looks good.
  7. The way I see it he owes the organization because he was under contract. They should have forced him to report by fining him. Trade, retire, or report. His choice. The sports teams in this city are a f-ing joke.
  8. This is what happens when you draft for absolute need instead of just drafting the best player available to you. Speaks of desperation.
  9. ...is a Steeler and signed a multi-year deal.
  10. Per Paul Hamilton of WGR the Bills were in full pads today and "sweat more than three Dick Jauron practices combined"
  11. I don't discount the fact that a shakeup could occur as we head to training camp. I would think one of the top three could be gone (Edwards, Brohm, Fitz) and Brown could end up on the practice squad at the end of pre-season. Not that it will happen but the Smith situation bears watching and so does the battle in Miami behind Henne (White-Pennington-Thigpen). Maybe that's why Chan is hesitant to name a starter.
  12. Like it or not, Flozell is likely going to get p-a-i-d. The Steelers have a big need with Colon going down for the season.
  13. Fitz would be a decent guy to have around.....however the three headed monster cannot exist. I think this happens BEFORE training camp starts. I actually think we could get a late round draft pick for him (like a 6 or a 7). Chicago is looking for a more experience backup to Cutler and Fitz played under Mike Martz' offense. There you go. I'm a Levi Brown fan but I'd bet he gets released and put on the practice squad. The other scenario I actually think could happen is if Tyler Thigpen gets released that Buffalo puts a claim in for him. I wouldn't guarantee he'd automatically be the starter, but watch the dominoes fall.............
  14. I think McDaniels is full of s**t just like Bellicheat. First it was an open competition, then Quinn supposedly had been pushing the others to be the starter, then he's been saying "Orton is the man", and now Quinn is the odd man out and Tebow is all of a sudden ready to be #2????? Not buying it, he's trying to motivate his own players.
  15. If you wanted to press the button and start spending money tomorrow, there's not a lot out there to spend money on. There was just an article about the lack of free-agent moves this off-season on Pro Football Talk.
  16. Wang wasn't figuring into a starters position anyway...yet...so he'll miss a bit of the "learning curve" however long he will be out. Hopefully he's ready by camp to get some game reps. I was hoping Wang would also get some reps at RT since that's where he first started in college. There doesn't seem to be any depth at RT either. I haven't heard thing-one about the RT the Bills picked in the 7th (Kyle Calloway). That's either a good thing or very bad.
  17. 2-6 Based on what I know today. I might upgrade that by a game, maybe two depending on how the training camp battles shake out.
  18. The lack of obvious depth at RG and RT scares me a bit. We'll see how that shakes out. I'd be watching waiver-wire if I were the Bills.
  19. Roosevelt will be on the practice squad. If another receiver would emerge Parrish is toast.
  20. Unlike Shaq and Griffey, T.O. doesn't have debilitating, chronic injuries........yet.
  21. Wow, some Josh Reed hate there. Actually he is a decent player for a 3rd of 4th receiver. My guess is he's been nicked up enough teams aren't going to spring for a multi-year contract right now.
  22. Chan must have something in mind. In my estimation the two guys on the hot seat are Lynch and Roscoe Parrish. RB depth is covered and so is the return game. The additions of Simpson and Spiller, plus McKelvin, Lankster, and Fred Jackson can also also return.
  23. Totally disagree. I think he does a very good job, and this isn't saying much, but he's probably the best center the Bills have had since Kent Hull. He's not in Hull's league yet, but the Bills have had AWFUL centers since Hull retired. Hangartner is the best of the group.
  24. I'm beginning to think he's damaged goods. Buyer beware.
