  1. We're safe if they cross at the Peace Bridge. They'll die before they get across.
  2. Now if they could just teach the horses to blow up the balloon.
  3. Those were different times. None of those planes had much of a passenger load. Had they been carrying the normal loads, maybe there would have been more "acts of heroism" by the passengers?
  4. https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/f-16-pilot-was-ready-to-give-her-life-on-sept-11/2015/09/06/7c8cddbc-d8ce-11e0-9dca-a4d231dfde50_story.html
  5. Sure, we go 1-0 and this happens!
  6. Seems that Sean's relying on the old 8 ball again. Right now we're somewhere between "Reply hazy, try again, and My sources say no!"
  7. Could be a Southern Hemisphere thing? That's not fair! He can't give you the middle finger anymore.
  8. We've been to the Pentagon and Shankesville PA but not to Ground Zero yet. The Pentagon memorial is a challenge to find/get to. There's a huge shopping mall, S of the Pentagon, across I-395, called Pentagon City. If you park there, cross the street heading N, there's a pedestrian tunnel under I-395. Once you exit that, bear left, and there are signs to the memorial. A friend of ours, who was working there on 9/11, said that the loss of life would have been greater except that the portion of the building that was hit, was largely closed for renovation, so many of the offices were vacant. She also said that the portion of the building that was hit is where the Joint Chiefs of Staff offices were normally located. Shankesville is not very well marked. We were within 3-4 miles of it before we saw our first sign. We were on US30, maybe I-76 has signs? This seems to be presented much better, and more detailed than the Pentagon site. Maybe that's because the UA93 site is now a National Park while the Pentagon remains an active military installation.
  9. No 7 Losman out there?
  10. It was really only 4.75, the rest was tax.
  11. Legal Counsel, Dewey, Cheatem & Howe?
  12. If they could only find some pics of our Governor in a headdress.
  13. Can't do that in Virginia. Our Indians were apparently not good a math, therefore, no casinos.
  14. Hammer has a private server.
  15. Are you French? That "daily life shower" is a huge question mark. That's where the Pepe Le Pew cartoon ideas originated.
  16. Hopefully next week's will have an intermission. Those are great!
  17. Why would anyone in Pennsylvania bank in Nigeria?
  18. Seems a little early in the season for "layers?"
