    Yeah so he missed a few things. Honestly a veteran QB should light up preseason. It’s not really anything to get excited about. Vanilla coverages, should be a cakewalk for any veteran QB.

    He’s smoother in his cuts, definitely. Spiller bounces a lot. There was one play today Cook bounced it with speed and made the defense look slow. All I could see was CJ Spiller. I don’t think we understand how good Spiller was in 2012. He was unstoppable.

    Keenum made a bad read inside the 10 when he missed McKenzie for an easy TD. He still completed it to Crowder I believe crossing the other direction. We scored soon after. Other than that he flawless.

    Does James Cook remind anyone of Cj spiller? I had a guy at work last year say if only we could put 2012 CJ Spiller in this offense. Maybe they did.

    Davis ran across the entire field on that TD. He started outside the numbers on the right and caught it outside the numbers on left.

    Is this a bad thing or a good thing? I mean unless Benford is playing bad then I consider this a very good thing.

    QB protection is basically the only argument for not playing starters. Honestly I think it makes most sense to play the backup with the starters for obvious reasons. If I were coach that’s how I would run preseason games.

    What’s the difference between maybe 15-20 snaps in a preseason game vs multiple live scrimmages instead? Do you think without preseason they wouldn’t have live hitting scrimmages instead? It’s all conditioning the body.

    Injuries can happen anywhere. Plenty of injuries happen at practice. Always hope for zero injuries but it’s part of football.
