It’s reality. Public relations has been a billion dollar industry since before social media. It’s even more important now. The Buffalo Bills have to answer tough questions and it’s a PR nightmare.

Araiza’s lawyer when asked yesterday if charges are coming said 1 of the accused is in a different situation then Araiza. He said he’s confident Araiza won’t be charged. I’m wondering if that person is the one that will eventually be charged. The best thing for Araiza is that charges are handed out to the other players. Many believe something happened, so if evidence points to the other players I think fans and media will move on.

Araiza’s lawyer went on local news and called the victim a liar. How else do you respond? Obviously this guy doesn’t care about how he’s perceived, he’s doing what he feels is best for his client. Right now the more attention and the more it’s talked about is definitely helping his client.

He says in some of his videos that every time the victim is attack so he attacks back.

How about he gave alcohol to someone he thought was 18? so many layers to this.

A lot of people are going after this guy but he’s a career attorney fighting for victims of sexual misconduct.

You know how you destroy a free country? Turn the people against the government, the media, and the elections. I’m not saying the goal is to destroy the country but that’s exactly what would destroy the country.

It’ll only matter what witnesses say.

The Buffalo Bills aren’t the justice system. They have no obligation to wait. They’ll act based on what’s best for the organization.

My biggest question is how did Araiza and the other 2 get tied to this rape? The girl says she didn’t know what was happening and how many there were. Someone had to have told her who the guys were.

Again, Araiza isn’t some golden ticket. He signed his deal nearly 4 months ago. He made a few hundred thousand. He didn’t make the final roster yet. As his lawyer said, there is no money if he gets cut.

It won’t have any affect on the police investigation. In fact that concluded recently.

It is interesting because the other 2 involved were only a few months older than the victim, both were 18 at the time however. They were freshman football players. We’ve heard crazy stories about how upperclassmen football players would get girls for freshman players. A star senior player bringing a girl to a bedroom for 2 freshman sounds like one of those stories. Obviously I’m speculating.

He’s definitely unprofessional. But I don’t care about the lawyers and how they look.

She wants her rape kit results. She wants information on the criminal investigation. She claims no one is cooperating with her. She’s the victim. It’s been almost a year. Imagine.

Is it possible he’s acting this way because of the alleged crimes and the fact they’ve been waiting 10 months for the rape kit results? He was quiet for 10 months. He could’ve made headlines during the draft process. There is an ongoing criminal investigation.

That’s exactly what he’s saying. I’m going to guess that Araiza has witnesses backing up his story and that’s why the Bills didn’t release him. The girl claims Araiza brought her to the bedroom. That’s the part where things get messy. So if it’s proven she was raped the question becomes who was in the room. What happened outside isn’t even in the lawsuit.
