No. Araiza was the top player at SDSU and an NFL prospect entering his senior season. He was well known. He was “Punt God” we’ll before being drafted. This was kept very quiet. The girl immediately claimed rape and went to the police. She went through hours of testing less than a day after the alleged rape. There was no shakedown plan. What makes this case will be her friends. She claims her friends found her bloody and beaten immediately after. We’ll see if that’s true.

The girl says they filed the lawsuit because they are unable to get the results of the rape kit. She said she doesn’t know why it’s taking so long. The evidence was only recently given to the DA to decide on charges.

Just reading around I think it’s interesting that the player that isn’t on the team anymore is the one that gave the girl Matt Araiza’s phone number after the alleged rape. This is how they recorded him. The other player is the current starting left tackle. 6’4 300+lbs. The other accused player was 6’4 235lbs. Both highly rated freshman players. From the interview and pictures of the injuries the girl looks very petite. I can’t even imagine.

People wondering why now? The girl still hasn’t received results of the rape kit. This is unbelievable. Something weird is going on. The Bills seriously messed up by keeping Araiza on the team. My only guess is Ariaza is not going to be charged and the other 2 are, which would clear him.

The only reason for the victims lawyer to pressure the Bills is to get more money. That part sounds pretty bad for the victims lawyer.

Question, why is it the victims name is sealed but not the accused? I’ve always felt that in cases such as these the names of all parties should be sealed until charges are made.

You’re the 2nd person to comment about this general statement. I was responding to a statement about how Araiza brought her to his friends for their turn. It’s common behavior. It’s sickening and gets covered up everyday.

He admitted having sex with her. She claims she told him she was 17. I don’t really believe that to be honest. But it’s a rape investigation and she was likely still drunk when the rape kit was performed. Arazia might not have been in the room where the worst happened. But he still had sex with a drunk girl at a party that is claiming rape. If the evidence shows no DNA matches Arazia maybe he can escape.

My stomach sank when I read Buffalo Bills. Cut him. 😡
