  1. Two things can be true right? Josh hates practicing and preparing but loves to play the game and competing in games.
  2. She’s in pretty good shape too. Definitely gets the old ticker ticking.
  3. I should’ve posted it in the original post. Allen said he’s changed the last couple offseasons to doing mostly nothing and getting into shape when he comes back. His own words. He believes this new process works well for him.
  4. It’s really not that deep guys. I was just looking for a conversation. I saw Mahomes working with his new WR and I thought about that Bussin with the Boys interview with Allen. Allen is easily a top 3-4 QB in the league.
  5. Watch the bussin with the boys interview. It’s all right there. Starts about 1:06:45 in. He’s asked about how he prepares in the offseason. It goes on for a while as they talk other things in between.
  6. I wouldn’t say always. They’ve had a lot of bad games and won.
  7. He also said he would like to see teams not practice at all. Josh seems to believe in less is more. Makes you wonder how much he watches film and prepares mentally for games. These are his words. Imagine if we’re seeing only a fraction of what he’s capable of? Imagine playoff Josh all the time? Maybe we get the #1 seed.
  8. Not sure if you’re referring to my original post but Josh is the one that says he doesn’t do much in the offseason the last couple years. And that he uses camp to get in shape. But he feels that helps him prevent soft tissue injuries. He also said his strength coach with the Bills will hate that he said that. He also doesn’t throw much in the offseason anymore and doesn’t work with Palmer much anymore. Just kind of chills.
  9. Actually this thread was inspired by seeing Mahomes working out already with his new WR Brown.
  10. The last couple teams he’s played on had safety injuries. He’s been a 3rd safety mostly. Chiefs have their starting safeties in Reid and Cook. The Bills offer a better opportunity to start.
  11. Exactly what I said. Does it bother anyone that he doesn’t work on his craft like he used to? I figured most would say no because how dare anyone criticize Josh. I think he should always work on his craft. But I’m not sure how much better he would be if he always trained like Tom Brady. We’ll never know. But most argue the offense hasn’t been as good the last couple years and our QB says he doesn’t work as hard as he used to the last couple years. 2+2 = Ken Dorsey. I know.
  12. He told us. On Bussin with the boys last year he said the last couple years he doesn’t do what he used to do. He even says his strength coach is going to hate that he’s saying this. BUT he also says when he comes to OTA’s he tests better than when he did work in the offseason. He believes getting into shape in camp helps him stay healthy. Working out all the time can lead to soft tissue injuries. He said it’s not for everyone but it works for him. Ive also heard Jordan Palmer say he doesn’t work with Josh as much anymore. Palmer says he doesn’t need it Thats his own words. 1:06:45.
  13. Not really. He’s been the same guy the last few years. Also plays great in the playoffs. Probably why we don’t talk about him not working with Palmer as much anymore. Can he be better?
  14. It was in him though. He worked like crazy the first 3 offseason’s. He's been beat up the last couple years. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Bills told him to relax in the offseason. As soon as Bills workouts start he’ll be here. But I don’t think he’s working with Jordan Palmer as much as he did.
  15. I probably don’t even blame him for taking it easy the last couple offseasons. It’s probably the Bills telling him to.
