  1. Bills need to do this...Bills need to do that... Pitoniak wants us to trade away our first rounder for McNabb. What a fool! Bob Matthews and Larry Felser both need to get back on their Aricept. Sullivan wants Pittsburgh's NT Hampton and I agree, for the right price and if he really wants to come to Buffalo. Trent Edwards is probably done in Buffalo but to this point, he has had crap for coaching, a pathetic OL and HC who didn't have a clue about offense. Add in a couple concussions and you get the current Trent Edwards. Let Gailey do his evaluation. We are paying him a third rounders wage and if he shows something you keep him as a backup or trade him. If Gailey can't get anything out of him, then cut him. He is not a cancer in the lockerroom and who knows, maybe another team is hoping that a change of scenery for Edwards would do the trick. No sense just dumping a low $ QB under contract before Gailey gets a chance to do his own evaluation.
  2. Does leg-whipping ruin your knees?
  3. Dan.. Dan.. he's our man... If he can't pistol, no one can!
  4. He was drafted #1 and traded a few minutes later. Hardly picking him up along the way, don't you think?
  5. Eli Manning?
  6. Did he actually say we should trade our first rounder for McNabb? Is this guy out of his mind?
  7. I wouldn't mind Dansby as a big run stuffing ILB for our 3-4.
  8. I was thinking the same thing. He could reunite with DJ.
  9. Guy Whimper is an OL for the Giants.
  10. We need to keep Evans but I could see us trading Schobel to Houston. His old DL coach is there. New England got a first rounder for Richard Seymour, who is around 30 yrs old. Maybe we could fetch a 2nd rounder. I'm not sure he fits real well with a 3-4.
  11. C. J. Spiller is fun to watch. He is a good runner, very fast and has some wiggle. He also is outstanding at returning kicks. No doubt, the top RB in this draft. He may not even make it to #9. There are bigger needs for sure, but, C.J. Spiller is a very talented RB. Spiller the Thriller.
  12. Maybe it's Spiller Time. I live near Clemson and have watched this guy do it all for the past 2 years. If there is not a QB to our liking at #9, Spiller might get a long hard look. The guy is amazing.
  13. Porter didn't talk to his coach the last couple months of the season. I doubt edwards would be gung ho about having that kind of head case in the Blo.
  14. Hey tonyjustbecause, I looked back over your past posts and you kept predicting Cowher (the chin) to be coach. The "Chin", not "Chan" was the China man you predicted. Touche'..you had me going there for a minute.
  15. Norwood had a hard time defending the pass at the Sr. Bowl practices. I like Bulaga. Pike is pretty skinny and may take a couple years to bulk up a bit.
  16. It must be Teerlink. An excellent DL coach ready to become a DC. He is a native of Rochester, NY to boot!
  17. Here is a little pic of the tub-o -lard Mr. Sloppy
  18. We need to thank Modrak, not Buddy.
  19. PLEASE NO CA QB
  20. Tony Pike is a skinny twig.
  21. Incognito, Is he a free agent or do the Bills have his rights for next year?
  22. The task may not be as big as it seems. The line was a mess, but injuries played a big role. If Wood and Butler come back full strength it will be a big help. I wouldn't mind if we traded Marshawn Lynch and give Jackson more touches.Trade him before he gets kicked out of the league. If you can get something for Edwards, make the move. I like the upside of Brian Brohm better. We likely will draft a QB high. I hope we also go after a top TE. We haven't had one in a long time. With Gailey, I'm sure our offense will improve, and that alone is refreshing. We have a quality defensive backfield but clearly need help at linebacker, especially if we go to a 4 backer set. Maybin would get his chance as a rushing OLB. Kyle Williams is a keeper on the inside. Our DE likely would need to be bigger and better at holding up against the run. It will take some time but I agree, there is talent on this roster.
  23. I long for the day when we win the big one! I lived in WNY for 28 years and was in Buffalo during the Superbowl runs. I'm frustrated but know darn well I'll be cheering for this team as long as they are still the Buffalo Bills. Move them away and I'm done with the NFL!
  24. I was a little younger then, but I remember feeling ho hum about the Levy hiring. I like the fact that Gailey has developed QBs in the past. I've been so sick of our offense that at least that side of the ball is likely going to improve. If he can lure in a quality DC then I'll feel a whole lot better with this hire.
  25. Suilly is a complainer, a grumbler, pure and simple. The bottom line is that if Nix and Gailey win then Sullivan will have nobody to listen.
